Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少くとも二つの別個の層を含んでなり、その中で各層は、フィブリルによ って相互に連結された節により特性化され、 その層は、膜材料のいずれかの融点以下の温度における塑性流動により結合さ れており、そして 各層の孔のアーキテクチャーは、膨張法により、その場で生成する、 ミクロポーラス膜。 2.そのミクロポーラス膜の少くとも一層が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンで ある、請求の範囲第1項に記載のミクロポーラス膜。 3.そのミクロポーラス膜の少くとも一層が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンと ポリシロキサンとの相互貫入網状重合体である、請求の範囲第1項に記載のミク ロポーラス膜。 4.各層が、異なる重合体調合物を含んでなる、請求の範囲第1項に記載のミ クロポーラス膜。 5.各層が、異なる粘弾性条件での押出成形にかけられた、請求の範囲第1項 に記載のミクロポーラス膜。 6.各層が、異なる膨張条件に曝された、請求の範囲第1項に記載のミクロポ ーラス膜。 7.各層の平均孔径が全く異なる、請求の範囲第1項に記載のミクロポーラス 膜。 8.少くとも一つの層が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンであり、そして、 各層が、異なる粘弾性条件での押出成形にかけられ、そして、 各層が、異なる膨張条件に曝され、そして、 各層の平均孔径が全く異なる、請求の範囲第1項に記載のミクロポーラス膜。 9.少くとも一つの層が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンとポリシロキサンとの 相互貫入網状重合体であり、そして、 各層が、異なる粘弾性条件での押出成形にかけられ、そして、 各層が、異なる膨張条件に曝され、そして、 各層の平均孔径が全く異なる、請求の範囲第1項に記載のミクロポーラス膜。 10.そのミクロポーラス膜の少くとも一つの層が、ポリテトラフルオロエチ レンであり、そして、 そのミクロポーラス膜の少くとも一つの層が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンと ポリシロキサンとの相互貫入網状重合体であり、そして、 各層が、異なる膨張条件に曝される、請求の範囲第1項に記載のミクロポーラ ス膜。 11.潤滑剤で部分的に飽和された第1重合体組成物をリボンに押出す工程、 潤滑剤で部分的に飽和された類似の、または似ていない第2重合体組成物をリ ボンに押出す工程、 該第1リボンを該第2リボンに、どちらかのリボン材料の融点以下の温度でカ レンダー加工して、結合させる工程、 そのリボンから該潤滑剤を蒸発させる工程、および、 該ラミネート・リボンを、ミクロポーラス膜を創るために引伸ばす工程、 を含んでなる、ミクロポーラス膜を創る方法。 12.潤滑剤で部分的に飽和された第1重合体組成物をリボンに押出す工程、 潤滑剤で部分的に飽和された類似の、または似ていない組成の第2重合体をリ ボンに押出す工程、 該第1リボンを該第2リボンに、どちらかのリボン材料の融点以下の温度でカ レンダー加工して、結合させる工程、 そのリボンから該潤滑剤を蒸発させる工程、 該ラミネート・リボンを、ミクロポーラス膜を創るために引伸ばす工程、およ び、 そのミクロポーラス・シート材をその結晶の融点以上に加熱する工程、 を含んでなる、ミクロポーラス膜を創る方法。 13.潤滑剤で部分的に飽和された第1重合体組成物をリボンに押出す工程、 該第1リボンを少くとも一つの方向に配向させる工程、 潤滑剤で部分的に飽和された類似の、または似ていない組成の第2重合体をリ ボンに押出す工程、 該第1リボンを該第2リボンに、どちらかのリボン材料の融点以下の温度でカ レンダー加工して、結合させる工程、 そのリボンから該潤滑剤を蒸発させる工程、そして 該ラミネート・リボンを、ミクロポーラス膜を創るために引伸ばす工程、 を含んでなる、ミクロポーラス膜を創る方法。 14.潤滑剤で部分的に飽和された第1重合体組成物をリボンに押出す工程、 該第1リボンを少くとも一つの方向に配向させる工程、 潤滑剤で部分的に飽和された類似の、または似ていない組成の第2重合体をリ ボンに押出す工程、 該第1リボンを該第2リボンに、どちらかのリボン材料の融点以下の温度でカ レンダー加工して、結合させる工程、 そのリボンから該潤滑剤を蒸発させる工程、 該ラミネート・リボンを、ミクロポーラス膜を創るために引伸ばす工程、およ び、 そのミクロポーラス・シートをその結晶の融点以上に加熱する工程、 を含んでなる、ミクロポーラス膜を創る方法。
