Perforation method and casing shoe
The present invention incorporates a casing tube made of a plastic or similar material.
Method of performing formation drilling while proceeding at times and the method by casing tube
For a casing shoe to perform.
When drilling a formation, use a pilot drill bit with a reamer drill bit.
Is used. The reamer drill bit is
It is provided so that it can expand in the eccentric direction, so that the drilled hole expands
Can be In addition to this process, by retracting the drill bit reamer,
Drilling enough dimensions to fit the casing tube into the hole at the same time
Can be given to the hole. Casing tube depends on casing shoe
It is inserted below. The casing shoe is connected to the end of the casing tube
And driven by a down-the-hole hammer
. Normally, the casing tube is made up of several 3 meter long steel tubes.
These are perforated and interconnect when the tube is inserted to the appropriate depth.
Is done.
A problem with operating the casing tubes is their weight. Another problem is rot
The possibility of food,
This corrosion may, in some cases, cause them to e.g.
This causes a complicated and time-consuming process of switching to a new one.
An object of the present invention is to eliminate replacement of the casing tube, and another object is to
And to simplify the operation of the casing tube during drilling. These and other
The object is, according to the present invention, a casing formed from a plastic material from the beginning.
Is completely filled by the use of the
Enabled through a special form of casing shoe that provides a constant force.
Swedish patent application 9200563-6 and corresponding international application WO 93/172
Through 15, strong fixing in casing tube made of plastic material
Casing shoes specially formed to provide force are known. This known
Is a coupling made of plastics material that passes through a hole in the casing shoe
Need. It is best to carry a length of tubing connected to the drilling location
As such, the use of the aforementioned couplings makes it difficult to obtain optimal results at the drilling location.
According to the casing shoe according to the present invention, the push through the hole in the casing shoe is achieved.
No coupling of plastic material is required. Case to casing tube
The connection of the shoe can be made in the drilling position, partially using a drill hammer
.
The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows the structure according to the invention.
Section of the casing shoe
FIG. 2 shows another example of the shape of the casing shoe.
FIG. 1 partially shows a cross section of a casing shoe according to the present invention. this
The casing shoe is a casing shoe made of plastic or other material.
The casing tube is intended to be used in line with the
Cannot be connected to conventional casing shoe. This is, for example, published in Sweden
For use in a down-the-hole hammer of the type disclosed in
However, it can also be used in devices provided with other types of drill hammers. Casein
Gushoe comprises two separate annular members with coaxial portions, between them
The casing tube is clamped. On the outer ring 3 of the casing shoe,
A lower rigid member 4 is formed which is connected to an upper member 5 having a conical inner surface 6.
. Said inner surface 6 has an inner diameter larger than the inner diameter of the lower part 4 and reaches the diameter of the outer surface 7
Spread gradually until The outer surface 7 of the outer ring 3 of the casing shoe is
It has a substantially constant diameter over its entire length and is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the casing tube.
It has the same dimensions. The inner ring 8 of the casing tube is a drill hammer
Has an inner surface 9 having a substantially constant diameter adapted to the outer diameter of the inner surface. Inner ring 8
Has a substantially triangular cross section with an impact surface and a conical outer surface, said conical outer surface
Has a smaller outer diameter from the impact surface. The outer surface 11 cooperates with the conical inner surface 6 of the outer ring
And clamp the casing tube.
The angles of the conical surfaces 6 and 11 with respect to the longitudinal axis of the ring are substantially the same.
is there. Preferably, conical surfaces 6 and 11 are provided with protrusions 12 and 13, respectively.
, They can be distributed both axially and longitudinally (circumferentially). These protrusions
May be annular and may be formed helically like a screw. In addition, these bumps
The first surface is separated from the reference surface by a small angle, and the first surface is separated from the reference surface by a large angle
A second surface, so that the inner and outer rings from the casing tube
Locking action against the pulling-off of the locking member. Preferably
These projections are pressed together by the connected casing shoes.
This arrangement increases the locking effect on the separation. Instead, cant
Only one of the faces 6 and 11 is provided with a protrusion, and on the other hand a ring is provided on the casing tube
(Not shown), a depression may be provided to face the projection when pressed around.
The tips of the outer ring 5 and the inner ring 8 can be rounded in a suitable manner. Further
Also, slightly reduce the outer diameter of the outer ring toward the tip, and
Slightly towards the tip to compensate for the deformation of thin sections of connectable material
Can be.
In the embodiment of FIG. 2, the outer ring and the inner ring are
It has been deformed to completely cover the end of the tube when mounted on the tube. This
Is
The conical members 6 and 11 are changed into cylindrical members 14 and 15 respectively, between which
This is achieved by allowing the end of the casing tube to be pressed. Therefore
In the casing tube, the part pressed inside the inner diameter of the casing shoe is
Instead, the inner ring is adjusted to reach the outer ring when worn. Yet another
As a modification (not shown), the intermediate portion between the cylindrical portions 14 and 15 is eliminated, and the first
Similar to the casing shoe in the figure, but when attached to the casing tube
The casing shoe in which the conical inner ring 8 reaches the lower part 4 of the outer ring
It is possible to obtain
The casing shoe according to the present invention is provided at the lower end of the casing tube by the following method.
Can be used. The inner ring has its tip facing the end of the tube,
Is placed so as to enter the tube. Then the outer ring is
The tube is driven and pressed onto the tube end until it reaches the lower part 4. At this time,
With a drill hammer, the inner ring can be driven into place. Casein
The part of the tube that corresponds to the drill bit or drill hammer passage is usually
When a drill or down-the-hole hammer is rotating,
Operated away. Instead, they move the inner ring into place
Before, it can be actuated apart by a drill or a drill hammer.
