Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.−底部の閉鎖されたサイクロン主体部、 −サイクロン主体部の入口端部における、ガス及び同伴した固体物質のストリー ム用のガス/固体物質入口、 −同伴する固体物質含量の低下したガスを取り出すための、サイクロン主体部の 長軸と整列されている長軸を有する入口端部におけるガス出口チューブ、 −サイクロンからキャッチ・チャンバー内へ少量のガス及び固体物質を接線方向 に排出するためのサイクロン主体部の側壁における少なくとも1つの固体物質出 口、並びに −キャッチ・チャンバーからサイクロン主体部の中へガスをリサイクルさせて戻 すための、ガス/固体物質入口から離れて設けられている少なくとも1つのガス 還流開口部 を有してなるサイクロン分離装置。 2.ガス/固体物質入口から離れている封止端部を有する、円筒状サイクロン 主体部を有する請求の範囲1記載のサイクロン分離装置。 3.ガス還流部が、サイクロン主体部の長さの0〜1倍の範囲でサイクロン主 体部内に延びており、サイクロン主体部の長さの0〜1倍の範囲でサイクロン主 体部の外のキャッチ・チャンバー内に延びているガス還流チューブを有する請求 の範囲1又は2記載のサイクロン分離装置。 4.ガス出口チューブは、サイクロン主体部の直径よりも小さい直径を有して おり、及びサイクロン主体部と軸方向に整列した長軸を有しており、ガス還流チ ューブはガス出口チューブと軸方向に整列している請求の範囲3記載のサイクロ ン分離装置。 5.サイクロン主体部の一端の接線方向ガス/固体物質入口、並びにサイクロ ン主体部内の封止端部近くの少なくとも1つの開口部の中を通して、サイクロン 主体部から少量のガスと共に濃厚化された固体物質ストリームを排出するための 固体物質出口を有する請求の範囲1〜4のいずれかに記載のサイクロン分離装置 。 6.固体物質出口が、サイクロン主体部の閉鎖端部と、ガス/固体物質入口と の間に配されている請求の範囲5記載のサイクロン分離装置。 7.サイクロン主体部が、閉鎖端部近くに円錐状部分を有すると共に、入口端 部近くに円筒状部分を有しており、接線方向固体物質出口が円筒状部分と円錐状 部分の連結部に設けられている請求の範囲6記載のサイクロン分離装置。 8.ガス還流入口は、少なくとも部分的に円筒状であるサイクロン主体部の閉 鎖された端部においてガス還流チューブを有しており、還流チューブはサイクロ ン主体部の直径よりも小さな直径を有している請求の範囲4記載のサイクロン分 離装置。 9.ガス/固体物質入口が接線方向排出口を有する請求の範囲1〜8のいずれ かに記載のサイクロン分離装置。 10.ガス/固体物質入口が軸方向排出口を有する請求の範囲1〜8のいずれ かに記載のサイクロン分離装置。
