The invention relates to a container having a body and an integral handle molded therefrom. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION For example, granted to Thompson, Tritech Systems International, Inc. Attempts have been made to incorporate an integral handle into PET and similar injection blow molded containers, as seen in U.S. Pat. No. 4,629,598, assigned to U.S. Pat. The parison from which the bottle with handle of U.S. Pat. No. 4,692,598 is manufactured is shown in FIG. However, to date, attempts to produce most practical product versions of this device have failed. Instead, the best, but apparently done in business practice, is that the blow molded container accepts clipping or snapping to the handle in a separate manufacturing step after the container itself has been molded. It is a device provided. See, for example, International Publication Nos. WO 82/02371 and WO 83/02370, both assigned to Thompson. Injection-stretch-blow moulding results in a biaxial orientation where the parison is stretched both axially and radially. The biaxial orientation provides increased tensile strength (maximum load), less penetration due to tighter arrangement of molecules and improved drop impact, clarity and lighter containers. Not all thermoplastics need be oriented. Most of the thermoplastics used are polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyacrylonitrile (PAN), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polypropylene (PP). PET is by far the largest volume of material, followed by PVC, PP and PAN. Amorphous materials with a wide range of thermoplastics, such as PET, are easier to stretch blow mold than partially crystalline forms such as PP. The approximate melting and elongation temperatures to produce maximum container properties are as follows: There are basically two types of processes for stretch blow molding. 1) one stage where the preform is molded and the bottle is blow molded on the same machine; and 2) the preform is molded on one machine and then the blow molding is performed on another machine. It is a two stage thing. One stage equipment can process PVC, PET and PP. Once the parison is formed (either by extrusion or injection molding), the parison goes through a conditioning step that brings the parison to the proper orientation temperature. The one-stage system allows processing to proceed on one machine from raw materials to finished product, but the tool is not easily changed, so the process is best suited for dedicated applications and low volume ones ing. Oriented PVC containers are most commonly manufactured by one-stage extrusion-type machines. The parison is extruded in either one head or two head units. Temperature control, stretching and thread forming are performed in various ways depending on the design of the machine. Many of the processes currently in use are proprietary. Many oriented PET containers are produced on one-stage machines. The preform is first injection molded and then transferred to a temperature control step, after which it is transferred to a blow molding operation in which the preform is stretch blow molded into a bottle and finally to a discharge step. In a two-stage process, processing parameters for both preform manufacturing and bottle blow molding may be optimized. Processors do not have to compromise on preform design, weight, production speed and bottle quality as was done in a one-stage facility. He can manufacture or purchase preforms. If he chooses to manufacture a preform, he can do so at one or more locations suitable for his market. Both high power and low power machines are available. Two-stage extrusion-type machines are commonly used to produce oriented PP bottles. In a typical process, the preform is re-extruded, cooled, cut to length, reheated, stretched while the neck finish is trimmed, and then discharged. The two-stage process is the least costly way to produce oriented PET containers. A two-stage process that allows injection molding of the molding and subsequent shipment to the blow molding location allows the company to become a preformed product producer and sell to the blow molding producer. In this way, companies that want to enter the market with oriented PET containers can minimize their required capital. Two-stage stretch blow molding can also be used for the manufacture of oriented PVC containers. The design of the preform and its relationship to the final container remains the most important factor. Proper axial and circumferential stretch ratios must be met if the desired product is to be properly packaged. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a practical, easily-executable injection-stretch blow-molded container of an orientable thermoplastic material, which has been molded therebetween as part of the injection-stretching operation. To manufacture a container incorporating a handle. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a container for an oriented thermoplastic resin material, wherein the resulting blow molded container is provided with a handle or similar support structure. A preform is provided, the preform comprising a molded structure having a neck and an extensible portion disposed below the neck, wherein the neck is disposed above the extensible portion. And a hard shaft of an orientable thermoplastic material integrally molded therewith so as to form a handle when the container is molded, protruding from the locate ring. . Preferably, the shaft protrudes from the locating ring and a temperature transition region located immediately below the ring. According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for forming a container having an integral handle. The method includes the following steps. (A) forming a preform having a neck and an extensible portion located below the neck; The neck comprises a locating ring disposed above the extension and a rigid stem of orientable thermoplastic material protruding from the locating ring and integrally molded therewith. (B) performing a blow molding operation on the preform to stretch the extensible portion to form the body of the container. It is preferable that the shaft protrudes from the locate ring and a temperature transition region disposed immediately below the ring. In a preferred form of the invention, the neck and the integral handle are subjected to a crystallization step. In a blow molding operation, the preform is blow molded in a manner while supporting the shank, whereby at least the outer portion of the tube is closed between the outer portion and the rigid shank. The shaft is extended to surround at least a lower portion of the shaft so as to form a grip. Preferably, the closed grip is able to pass at least two adult hand fingers. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shaft is formed to have an I-shaped cross section at least over a shaft portion protruding from an outer portion of the tube. The handle may be curved to provide additional strength. In a more general form of the invention, there is provided a parison for an injection stretch blow molding process, the parison being formed by an injection process that includes two separate injection points. The first injection point is preferably capable of injecting non-recycled PET or similar thermoplastic resin material. Preferably, the second injection point is capable of injecting PET or a similar thermoplastic material incorporating at least partially recycled material. Preferably, said first injection point is for the formation of a portion of the parison that will be stretched during a stretch blow molding operation on the parison. Preferably, the second injection point is for forming a portion of the parison that will remain unstretched or substantially unstretched in a stretch blow molding operation on the parison. . In yet another broad aspect of the present invention, there is provided a container manufactured from a two-stage injection stretch blow molding process. The container forms a closed area between the handle and the bottle and is secured to the container at least at first and second points so that fingers of an adult hand can pass therethrough. And a grippable handle. Preferably, the first connection point comprises an integral connection between the handle and the container and is formed in the first step of the two-step operation. Preferably, the second connection point is formed in the second step of the two-step operation. The handle at the second interconnect point includes a spherical portion adapted to be at least partially wrapped by a portion of the container when blow molded during the second step in the two-step operation. Preferably, a mechanically connected connection is formed at the second connection point of the handle to the container. In a particularly preferred form, the spherical portion comprises one upwardly extending hook or downwardly extending hook or spherical portion or one or more combinations thereof. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is a front view of a prior art parison. FIG. 4 shows a process of forming a parison according to another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5A is a front view of a preform according to another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5B is a front view of a container formed from the preform of FIG. 5A. FIG. 6 is a side view of a die placed in an open position for the manufacture of a preform. FIG. 7 shows the die of FIG. 6 arranged in a closed position. FIG. 8 is a front view of the second of FIGS. 6 and 7 showing a state where the shaft portion of the preform is arranged there. Detailed description of the drawings A container 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG. The container has a neck 11 and an enlarged portion 12. The neck 11 has a screw portion 13 and a locate ring 14. The shaft 15 is formed integrally with the ring 14, and the first portion 15 a extending outward from the ring 14 and the first portion 15 a so as to be substantially parallel to the vertical line of the container 10. A second portion 15b inclined with respect to the portion 15a. In this case, the first part 15a forms an angle of slightly more than 45 ° with respect to the wall 20, and the second part 15b forms an angle of about 20 ° with the wall 20. The particular shape of the shaft 15 is selected so that when formed as a handle, it can be gripped by the fingers of a human hand. The shaft 15 terminates at a shaft end 16, which is generally downwardly toward the closed end of the container 10. In this case, following the blow molding operation on the preform 10, the shank 15 is I-shaped to counter any undesired effects occurring at or near the joint 17 of the shank 15 with the ring 14. It has a cross section of a shape. These undesirable effects include, inter alia, stress effects and bubble encapsulation resulting from uneven cooling through preforms of different cross sections. In this embodiment of the invention, the preform is formed from PET and is prepared by utilizing thermoforming. To manufacture the container 10, a parison or preform 26 (see FIG. 2) according to one embodiment of the present invention is placed in a blow molding machine (not shown) so that the neck 11 is not stretched. While being held in the mold, it is blow molded according to the biaxial orientation blow molding technique. First, the extensible portion of the preform below the neck is mechanically stretched downward toward the bottom of the mold. After that, the support portion 18 is formed such that the enclosed region 19 is formed between the wall portion 20 and the shaft portion 15 of the container 10 in the forming process of the container 10 by blow molding. It can be blow molded outward by supplying pressurized air to the extent that it is formed around the shaft end 16. In a particularly preferred form of the invention, the enclosed area 19 is sufficient to allow at least two fingers of a human hand to be inserted therethrough and to grip the handle 15 to support the container 10. It has a cross-sectional area. The blow molding operation is performed in such a way as to provide a bottle or container with optimal strength, not only by achieving the biaxial orientation of the molecules of the preferred PET material, but also by the protective properties that reduce oxidation. According to one embodiment of the invention, neck 11 and handle 15 can be crystallized by heating those portions of the preform. Crystallization of the handle increases its stiffness, aids in the orientation of the preform, and requires less material. Crystallization of the neck and handle is accomplished by applying hot oil to the neck and handle, igniting a naked flame, or blowing hot air. The position of the handle 15 on the ring 14 ensures minimal interference with the blow molding process applied to the remaining preform. Either one-stage or two-stage processes can be used. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF OTHER EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 shows a prior art preform or parison 21 of US Pat. No. 4,629,598. The concept disclosed in this prior art is to form the handle portion 23 from the locate ring of the non-extended portion 22 of the parison 21. Referring to FIG. 2, and with reference to the preferred embodiment, the apparatus of FIG. 1 is modified in accordance with the present invention in many respects. The insets 2A, 2B and 2C show the spherical portion 27 forming the shaft end 16 in the form of a downwardly extending hook 24a, a spherically shaped portion 24b and an upwardly extending hook 24c, respectively. These parts have in common a shape adapted to mechanically engage a blow molded part of the container 10 adapted to enclose the spherical part 27. The process in which the second stage blow molding of the extensible portion of the parison 26 is performed to envelop the spherical portion of the shaft end 16 is a stretch blow, biaxial orientation process. Referring to FIG. 4, a special method of manufacturing a parison 26 according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown. The method includes a two-stage process for forming a parison by an injection molding process. In stage 1, the inlet 28 of the first injection mold is filled with resin material for forming the enlarged part 12 of the parison 26 (expanded in the blow molding stage of container formation, see FIG. 3). Is tolerated. In the second stage of the injection molding process for the formation of the parison 26, the inlet 29 of the second injection mold allows the introduction of resin material for the formation of the non-stretched part 25 of the parison 26. The two-stage injection device is such that different resin materials can be injected through a first injection mold inlet 28 and a second injection mold inlet 29. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the resin material injected into the first injection mold inlet 28 is a non-recycled or substantially non-recycled resin material while the resin injected into the second injection mold inlet 29 The material is a recycled or at least partially recycled resin material. This device can be used with an adjusted ratio of recycled resin material to non-recycled resin material to achieve optimal economy in the parison 26 configuration. In a variation of this apparatus, the stage 2 stage may include making two walls in the non-extendable portion 25 having an inner wall 51 and an outer wall 52. The inner wall 51 is formed from pure or uncontaminated PET material and functions as a dielectric protection for the outer wall 52, which may be formed from recycled material 52. This double wall device can be formed by using a sliding core device as a modification in the die device and process described in the remainder of this specification with reference to FIGS. Of course, the order of the stages 1 and 2 in FIG. 4 may be changed. A parison and resulting container according to another embodiment of the present invention are shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, respectively. Similar parts are denoted by the same reference numerals as in the above-described embodiment. In this embodiment, the parison 21 includes a locate ring 14 provided with a first non-stretched region 30 and a second non-stretched region 31 immediately below. The first non-stretchable region 30 is itself slightly raised or otherwise formed to be distinguished from the extensible portion of the parison 21. The second non-stretched region 31 may not be distinguished from the extensible region of the parison 21, but in use, the blow molding operation ensures that the second non-stretched region 31 is not stretched in the blow molding process. It is like doing. In this case, the shaft portion 15 includes a first rib 32 integrally formed with the locate ring 14 and extending therefrom. The shaft 15 also comprises a second rib 33 integrally formed with and extending from the second non-stretched area 3. The shaft 15 is further integrally formed with and extends from the first non-stretched region 31 and is continuous between the first rib 32 and the second rib 33 over the entire length of the shaft 15. And a rib connector 34 for forming a connection. The parison 36 of FIG. 5A is then blow molded in the manner previously described to form the volume 35 of the container 37 shown in FIG. 5B. The neck, including the shank 15, the ring 14, the first non-stretchable region 30 and the second non-stretchable region 31, is kept unstretched, while the extensible portion 36 of the parison 36 is It is biaxially extended to form a main volume 35. The shaft end 16 comprises a spherical portion according to the previously described embodiment for connection to the container 37, or alternatively or additionally comprises the application of an adhesive material, The use of chemical mediators forms a chemical bond between the shaft end 16 and the wall of the container 37. In a modification of the embodiment of FIGS. 5A and 5B, the first non-stretched region 30 and the second non-stretched region 31 may form part of a single non-stretched region. In yet another variation, the second non-stretched region 31 may be located in the temperature transition region of the container, resulting in a small elongation during the blow molding process. In yet another variation, the first non-stretched region 30 and the second non-stretched region 31 may be located in a temperature transition region just below the locate ring 14 and the small elongation of these regions may be reduced. Occurs during molding. For the last two variants described above, the advantage is that the elongation in the temperature transition region is limited by a suitable type of design and process control, whereby the ring 14 (or the second via the second rib 33 and the rib connector 34) It follows from the observation that the undesired deformation effects caused by the rigid connection of the temperature transition zones 30, 31 to the other non-stretched part of the neck 11 are adjusted. In use, the preform and the container blow molded therefrom can be manufactured as follows. The preform is formed from an orientable thermoplastic material, preferably PET or the like, in an injection molding process. A slidable die is shown in FIGS. 6-8, which comprises a slide core 40, a slide block 41, a body 42, a base 43, a push block 44 and a split holder 45. ing. FIG. 6 shows the die arranged in the open position, FIG. 7 shows the die arranged in the closed position, and FIG. 8 shows a side view showing the accommodation facility of the shaft portion 14. ing. In a second, preferably separate, step, the finished preform is subsequently passed through a stretch blow molding machine, where the preform is first reheated to a suitable transition temperature (see introduction). Is done. The non-extensible part of the preform, including the locating ring 14 and the shank 15, is substantially shielded from the reheating process by suitable protective measures. In many cases, there is a temperature transition region in the regions 30, 31 described with reference to FIGS. 5A and 5B. The reheated preform is then placed in a mold, stretched biaxially, and the extensible portion is blow molded to full size using conventionally known processes. During this process, the preform is supported at the neck 14 and may be supported at the shank 15. Shaft 15 does not contribute to the blow molding process, although its shaft end 16 will be partially wrapped by the outer wall of the blow molded container. In the above, only some embodiments of the present invention have been described, while modifications obvious to those skilled in the art can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY Embodiments of the present invention can be applied to the manufacture of a container made of an orientable thermoplastic resin material and incorporating a handle or similar gripping structure as an integral component of the container. it can.
