The outer surface of the sheath 6 is provided with means for coupling to the tubular wall of the recess 5. This means
It comprises an annular groove 16 in the sheath that cooperates with a corresponding annular projection on the recess wall. Annular groove 16
And the cross section of the corresponding annular projection may be curved circularly, for example as shown in FIG.
Alternatively, the angle may be formed as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 7, the sheath portion 6 c extending inside the majority of the cavity 3 and the concave portion 5
Between the sheath and the ring-shaped opening 18 contained in the intermediate means of the enclosure for liquid foods
May be formed. The intermediate means of the enclosure also makes the tubular element 7 shorter than the stroke A.
When the enclosure 13 is opened by sliding into the cavity 3 by a length B
A second ring-shaped opening formed in the tubular element 7 in line with the corresponding opening 18

At the end of the stroke of length B, make a hole in the membrane 13 as shown in FIG.
Rather, the end 14 is conveniently lifted against its inner surface.
As shown in FIG. 9, when the tubular element 7 has completely moved the distance of the stroke A,
, Opening 17 is no longer aligned with opening 18, so that the liquid is
Cannot pass through the element 7 side, but can pass through the end 1
There will be only four.
In this way, the consumer places the food contained in the cavity 3 in the enclosures 17 and 18.
By sucking through the means, when the package unit is extended upwards,
When the package unit extends down from the consumer's mouth and from the consumer's mouth
Drinking can be done from the bottom via the end means of the enclosure 13.
In order to prevent the disadvantage that the angle of the tubular element 7 deviates from the sheath 6,
A guide accessory 19 which engages in a groove 20 in the element 7 and extends parallel to the axis of the element 7;
May be provided.
The groove 20 may have a length substantially corresponding to the stroke A, and may be, for example, a tubular element 7.
Greater sliding resistance when the inner end 14 of the
The depth may be varied to provide.
To facilitate the insertion of the tubular element 7 into the sheath 6, as shown in FIG.
Extending a groove 20 along the entire length of the tubular element 7 contained between the article 19 and the inner end 14
Is also good.
The opening 17 is used for the liquid even when the end means of the enclosure 13 is open as shown in FIG.
It may be formed in a slot shape instead of a circle so that the body can pass through it.
In this way, the consumer has to surround the food from the bottom and at the same time
You can also drink through the steps.
As shown in the form of FIGS. 12, 13 and 14, the tubular element 7 has a ring-shaped sheath 6
Corresponding to the intermediate opening 18b which constitutes the intermediate means of the enclosure together with the intermediate opening 18b of
Cooperates with the ring-shaped end opening 18c of the sheath in addition to the ring-shaped intermediate opening 17b.
A ring-shaped end opening 17c is provided.
At the innermost end of the tubular element 7, when the consumer wants to eat the food in solid or semi-liquid
An end means of the enclosure 19 is provided to prevent food from leaking out of the tubular element.
12 and 13 show the intermediate means of the enclosures 17b, 18b and the enclosure 17b.
c, move the tubular element 7 axially relative to the sheath 6 to open the end means at 18c.
This shows a form that must be performed. In the configuration of FIG. 14, the tubular element 7 is
Via the means of 17b, 18b, 17c, 18c the interior of the tubular element 7
To rotate the tubular element 7 about its axis in order to communicate with 3
One control accessory 30 is provided. Openings 17b and 17 are open when closed
The angles are shifted from 17c and 18c.
In the configuration shown in FIGS. 15, 16 and 17, the tubular element 7 has at least one radial
At least one axial blind hole 21 communicating with the bore 22. Tubular required
Element 7 is shown symmetrically in the plane bisected in the horizontal direction (exact insertion
Holes 21 and 22 are only for the part of the element inserted in the recess 5
Functionally necessary for
In this configuration, the tubular wall of the recess 5 provides the necessary stability of the tubular element 7 therein.
Note that sheath 6 is not required if available.
In this embodiment, the predetermined tear line 14b intersects with the extension of the concave portion 5,
Tears the end containing the flap 9 to expose the outer end zone of the element 7,
Allow liquid to be absorbed.
In the axial extension of the tubular element 7 between two axially spaced annular grooves 23
At least one radial hole 22 is formed therebetween. Two annular grooves 23 are concave
Engagement by corresponding annular protrusions of the tubular wall of the part 5, which are associated with the tubular element 7 and the recess
5 is constituted.
As shown in FIG. 15, when the tubular element 7 functions as a handle,
The holes 21 and 22 of the zone do not communicate with the food. On the other hand, the tubular element 7 is
When functioning as, after removing the end along the tear line 14b, the consumer
The tubular element 7 is axially inserted into the cavity 3 by a predetermined stroke Z, e.g.
Slide by the distance between the inner end of the element 7 and the bottom of the package unit 1
.
Since the distance between the two grooves 23 is substantially the same as the distance Z, the tubular element 7 is
When only the stroke Z is inserted into the groove 3, the outermost groove 23 is formed by the inner annular projection.
Are liquid-tightly sealed. Due to such Z movement, the annular projections
It is elastically pressed outward until it returns to the end of the movement.
In this state, the holes 21 and 22 communicate with the cavity 3 and the consumer
Drinking it by sucking the food, or the radial holes 22 are immersed in the liquid.
If it has become, the bottom of the package unit is lifted and the food is
You can drink food as you come down.
Further, one of the annular projections is opened along the predetermined tear line 14b of the package.
At a position corresponding to the portion of the tubular wall of the recess 5 which is sometimes removed together with the flap 9
Is preferred.
