Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. スケールが支持要素を介して固定される物体と、スケール上の目盛りは測 定端子及び測定移動体から構成されるトレース装置を介して読み取られ、その際 トレース装置が、変位可能で、且つ弾性を有する連結装置として構成される伝達 部を介して連結点にて連結するもう一方の物体との間の相対距離を測定するため の距離測定装置において、連結装置(2)はトレース装置に設けられる測定移動 体(4)の両固定位置(7,8)において固定され、連結点(6)は前記両固定 位置(7,8)間にてトレース装置をもう一方の物体に連結するために配置され ることを特徴とする2つの物体間の相対距離を測定するための距離測定装置。 2. 連結装置(2)は両固定点(7,8)にて測定移動体(4)に固定される 請求項1に記載の距離測定装置。 3. 連結点(6)は1つの位置に配置され、前記位置及び一方の固定位置(7 )との間における、及び前記位置及び他方の固定位置(8)との間におけるバネ 定数は、ほぼ等しい値に相当する請求項1又は2に記載の距離測定装置。 4. 連結装置(2)は伸張部(12,13)を有する請求項1乃至3のいずれ が1つに記載の距離測定装置。 5. 伸張部(12,13)は自身の長手方向(x)に正弦形状に形成される請求 項4に記載の距離測定装置。 6. 連結装置(2)は両固定位置(7,8)間に自身の伸張によって異なる横 断面を有する請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の距離測定装置。 7. 長手方向(x)において両固定位置(7,8)間に存在する横断面は、連結 点(6)までの同一の距離にて同一の横断面積又は断面形状を有する請求項1乃 至6のいずれか1つに記載の距離測定装置。 8. 連結装置(2)はバネ鋼から成る請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の 距離測定装置。
