When the battery 4 is engaged with the recess part 1, the ribbon 3 slips in downward of the battery 4 in the recess part 1, and when the free end of the ribbon 3 is pulled in a direction of an arrow A or upward, the battery 4 can be easily removed from the recess part 1.
