By the way, a conventional general flat plate structure is a building in which the whole building has a rigid earthquake-resistant structure and the rigidity has no directionality (has uniform rigidity in two directions). For example, it can be suitably used for a building in which the plane shape is close to a square and in which the earthquake-resistant walls can be arranged evenly in two directions, but the most common form, a one-way long building, It was difficult to apply to buildings where it was difficult to arrange the shear walls in two directions in a well-balanced manner.

The frame of the entire building is based on a flat plate structure as described above, and a part of a ramen frame is employed to secure horizontal rigidity and seismic resistance especially in the girder direction. That is, as shown in FIG. 1A, pillars 26 are provided on the south side (balcony side) of this building, beams 27 are erected between the pillars 26, and pillars 28 are provided on the north side. A beam 29 is erected between the columns 28, a column 30 is provided in the dwelling unit, a beam 31 is erected between the columns 30, and further between other columns 32 in the dwelling unit. The above-mentioned step beam 24 is erected, and the columns and beams constitute a ramen frame as a main frame in the girder direction. However, the other beams 27, 29 and 31 except for the above-mentioned step beam 24 are all flat beams built in the floor 20 which is a flat plate, and are provided on the lower surface side of the slab as in a normal ramen structure. The beam shape does not protrude, and therefore, even though the frame structure is partially adopted, the shape of the flat plate structure is maintained without any loss.

On the other hand, the horizontal rigidity and the earthquake resistance in the direction between beams of the building are secured by the earthquake-resistant wall. That is, the door border wall 40 provided on both sides of the unit frame 3 is provided as a 250 mm thick reinforced concrete high-rigidity earthquake-resistant wall, and the earthquake-resistant wall functions as a main frame in the direction between beams. Horizontal rigidity and seismic resistance in the direction between beams of the entire leverage building are ensured. In addition,
In addition to the earthquake-resistant walls, a wall 41 provided between the columns 28 and 30 so as to partition the staircase room 2 and each dwelling unit 1, and a door boundary wall 42 arranged at the center of the unit frame 3 (FIG. 2), the step beam 25 and other flat beams 43 erected in the inter-beam direction can also function as a frame in the inter-beam direction and contribute to securing rigidity.

[0011] As shown in FIG. 3, the entire structure of the building in which the main frame in the girder direction is a rigid frame structure and the main frame in the direction between beams is made of a seismic wall, based on the flat plate structure as described above. The base of the building is seismically isolated and supported via a laminated rubber 51 (seismic isolation device).

The building having the above structure has a seismic isolation structure made of the laminated rubber 51, so that not only the seismic force can be reduced, but also the building adopts a combination of a rigid frame in the girder direction and a seismic wall in the direction between beams. The overall horizontal rigidity and seismic resistance can be ensured without hindrance. Therefore, in the building with the above structure, it is difficult to arrange the earthquake-resistant walls evenly in both directions in a balanced manner because of its form and application. The adoption of a flat plate structure has become possible, and as a result, extremely high ceiling and opening heights can be secured, there are few restrictions on the plane plan, and variability is excellent. An effective apartment building was realized.

In the present invention, it is a matter of course that the installation positions of the earthquake-resistant walls, columns, and beams may be arbitrarily set in accordance with the form, scale, and plan of the building. For example, as shown in FIG. Of course, it is possible to simplify the arrangement of columns and beams, and to apply the present invention not only to a staircase-type apartment house but also to an exterior corridor-type apartment house as shown in FIG.

Further, since the present invention is based on a flat plate structure, the beams in the girder direction forming the rigid frame are preferably flat beams built in the flat plate as in the above embodiment. However, the beam is not necessarily completely built into the flat plate, and the advantage of the flat plate structure is not greatly impaired depending on the installation position of the beam and the beam dimensions (for example, the stepped beam in the above embodiment). It is also permissible for the beam to protrude slightly below the floor below. It is also possible to use a shear wall together with the frame in the girder direction.

As described above, according to the present invention, the floor of a building is constituted by a flat plate, the main frame in the row direction is constituted by a rigid frame structure, and the main frame in the direction between beams is constituted by an earthquake-resistant wall. Since the entire structure is supported by seismic isolation devices, seismic force can be reduced by the seismic isolation devices, and the horizontal rigidity and seismic resistance in two directions can be secured without difficulty by the ramen frame and the earthquake-resistant wall. By properly arranging the flat plate structure, the flat plate structure can be widely applied without being restricted by the form, the plan, and the use of the building. In particular, if the beam in the row direction is a flat beam built in the flat plate, the beam shape can be completely eliminated, and the advantage of the flat plate structure is not impaired at all. In addition, the structure of the present invention is applied to an apartment house in which it is usually possible to provide an earthquake-resistant wall in the direction between beams, but it is not possible to freely provide an earthquake-resistant wall in the girder direction. It is most reasonable to use an earthquake-resistant wall, in which case the floor of the water area inside the dwelling unit should be lower than the surrounding floor to secure piping space there, and installation and maintenance of equipment piping in the dwelling unit, This is advantageous when performing updates.
