As shown in FIG. 1, a power supply system for the conventional servo drive devices 103 and 104 converts an AC power supply voltage of an AC power supply 101 into a converter 102.
In this configuration, the DC voltage is converted into a DC voltage and supplied individually to the servo drive device. Here, the servo drive device is included in the inverter 103 that generates an AC power supply to the motor 104. However, in recent years, from the viewpoint of energy saving, a voltage increase generated by the regenerative energy of the motor 104 has been returned to the original AC power supply 101, and the converter 10 having this regenerative processing function has been used.
2, a configuration has been proposed in which the DC output voltage of the converter 102 is used as a main circuit power supply for a plurality of servo drive devices.

However, there is a problem that the power supply of the converter 102 cannot keep up with the load fluctuation of the servo drive device, and the voltage becomes unstable as a main circuit power supply of the servo drive device. The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and is simple and inexpensive with the addition of a circuit even when a DC output voltage of a converter is used as a main circuit power supply of a plurality of servo drive devices. It is an object of the present invention to provide an auxiliary stabilization circuit for a main circuit power supply that can supply a stable DC power supply to a load change of a servo drive device.

An auxiliary storage circuit of a main circuit power supply having an output of the common drive circuit as a common main circuit power supply of one or more servo drive devices, a power storage means disposed near the servo drive device and connected in parallel to an output of the converter; A voltage monitoring means is provided near the servo drive device and prevents a rise in the output potential of the converter due to power consumption when the output of the converter exceeds a predetermined potential. The auxiliary stabilization circuit for a main circuit power supply according to claim 2 is the auxiliary stabilization circuit for a main circuit power supply according to claim 1, wherein the power storage means is a capacitor, and the voltage monitoring means is a power supply for the converter. A power consuming unit that consumes power by an output; and a switching unit that controls supply of the output of the converter to the power consuming unit based on an output potential of the converter. In the auxiliary stabilizing circuit for the main circuit power supply according to claim 1 of the present invention, when the DC output voltage of the converter is used as the main circuit power supply of one or more servo drives, the auxiliary stabilization circuit is disposed near the servo drive. In the power storage means connected in parallel to the output of the converter, the electrical energy constantly stored in the power storage means prevents the instantaneous decrease in the DC output voltage of the converter,
In the voltage monitoring means disposed near the servo drive device, when the output of the converter exceeds a predetermined potential, an increase in the output potential of the converter is prevented by power consumption in the voltage monitoring means. As described above, by adding a simple and low-cost circuit including the power storage means and the voltage monitoring means, it is possible to supply a stable DC power supply with respect to the load fluctuation of the servo drive device. In addition, since a common converter is used for a plurality of servo drive devices, the devices can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.
In the auxiliary stabilizing circuit for the main circuit power supply according to the second aspect, the power storage means is realized by a capacitor, and the instantaneous decrease in the DC output voltage of the converter is prevented by the electric energy (charge) constantly stored in the capacitor. In addition, the voltage monitoring means includes power consuming means for consuming power by the output of the converter, and switching means for controlling the supply of the converter output to the power consuming means based on the output potential of the converter. When the output of the converter exceeds a predetermined potential, for example, the switching means is turned on and the converter output is supplied to the power consuming means to consume the power, thereby preventing the output potential of the converter from rising. As described above, by adding a simple and low-cost circuit including the capacitor, the switching unit, and the power consuming unit, it is possible to stably supply the DC power supply with respect to the load fluctuation of the servo drive device.

FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of a servo drive device to which an auxiliary stabilization circuit of a main circuit power supply according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied, and a power supply system thereof. In FIG.
The same reference numerals are given to portions overlapping with (conventional example). In the figure, an auxiliary stabilization circuit 105 of a main circuit power supply of the present embodiment includes a converter 102 for converting a voltage of an AC power supply 101 into a DC voltage in a power supply system.
Is applied to a main circuit power supply which uses the output of the same as a common main circuit power supply for a plurality of servo drive devices. Here, the AC power supply 10
Reference numeral 1 denotes an R-phase, S-phase, and T-phase three-phase AC power supply. Of course, it is not limited to three-phase alternating current.
It may be a two-phase or other polyphase alternating current. An output terminal in the converter 102 is usually connected to a smoothing capacitor. In addition, the servo drive device includes motors 1041 to 104n.
10 that individually generates and supplies AC power to
31 to 103n. In FIG. 1, an auxiliary stabilization circuit 105 for the main circuit power supply is disposed near the servo drive device and serves as a storage means connected in parallel to the output of the converter 102, as a voltage of the main circuit power supply (output of the converter 102). And a main circuit power supply (output of the converter 102) which is arranged near the servo drive device and which consumes power when the output of the converter 102 exceeds a predetermined potential.
And a voltage monitoring circuit 152 for preventing an increase in the potential of the power supply. FIG. 2 is a specific circuit configuration diagram of the auxiliary stabilization circuit 105 of the main circuit power supply according to the present embodiment. In the figure, a voltage monitoring circuit 152 includes resistors R1, R2,
It is configured to include zener diodes ZD1 and ZD2 and a transistor TR. The series connection circuit of the resistor R2 and the Zener diode ZD2
From the connection point of the resistor R2 and the Zener diode ZD2, based on the output voltage of the Zener diode ZD2.
This is a constant voltage power supply circuit for generating a constant voltage of the Zener voltage of D2. Further, the resistor R1 corresponds to a power consuming unit, and consumes power by the output of the converter 102 when the output of the converter 102 exceeds a predetermined potential. The switching means includes a zener diode ZD1 and a transistor TR, and controls the supply of the output of the converter 102 to the resistor R1 based on the output potential of the converter 102. That is, when the output of converter 102 is at the normal voltage level, current does not flow between the emitter and the base of transistor TR because Zener diode ZD1 blocks the current, and transistor TR is off. When the output of converter 102 rises to an abnormal voltage level, the voltage applied to Zener diode ZD1 exceeds the Zener voltage, and Zener diode ZD1 flows a current. Power is consumed by R1. As described above, according to the auxiliary stabilization circuit 105 of the main circuit power supply of the present embodiment, in the capacitor 151 as the power storage means, the electric energy (charge) constantly stored in the capacitor 151 causes the main circuit power supply (converter). 102 is prevented from dropping instantaneously, and the resistance R1 is used as a voltage monitoring means.
When the voltage of the main circuit power supply (output of the converter 102) exceeds a predetermined potential in the switching means (the Zener diode ZD1 and the transistor TR),
When the switching means is turned on, the output of the converter 102 is supplied to the resistor R1 so that the power is consumed.
02 is prevented from increasing abnormally, the capacitor 151, the switching means, and the power supply monitoring circuit 152 are prevented.
With the simple and low-cost addition of the circuit, stable DC power can be supplied even when the load of the servo drive device fluctuates.

定化回路を提供することができる。As described above, according to the auxiliary stabilizing circuit of the main circuit power supply of the present invention, when the DC output voltage of the converter is used as the main circuit power supply of one or more servo drives, In a power storage means arranged near the servo drive device and connected in parallel to the output of the converter, the instantaneous drop of the DC output voltage of the converter is prevented by electric energy constantly stored in the power storage means. In the voltage monitoring means disposed in the vicinity of, when the output of the converter exceeds a predetermined potential, the power consumption in the voltage monitoring means to prevent the output potential of the converter from rising,
With the addition of a simple and low-cost circuit including a power storage unit and a voltage monitoring unit, it is possible to provide an auxiliary stabilization circuit of a main circuit power supply capable of supplying a stable DC power supply even with a load change of a servo drive device. . In the auxiliary stabilizing circuit for the main circuit power supply of the present invention, the capacitor as the power storage means prevents the instantaneous decrease in the DC output voltage of the converter due to the electric energy (charge) constantly stored in the capacitor. When the output of the converter exceeds a predetermined potential by the power consuming means and the switching means as the voltage monitoring means, for example, the switching means is turned on to supply the converter output to the power consuming means, thereby consuming the power.
