ことが望ましい。また、特に高温での加熱を要せず固化
する粘土の場合も含有させた粘性物質を除去することは
不可能ではないが、その使用目的から考えて、必ずしも
除去しなくともよい場合、例えば、紙粘土、パン粘土、
石粉粘土、木粉粘土、石膏、モルタル、補修用パテに
は、毒性のないプロピレングリコール、グアガム、ポリ
ビニルアルコール等を原料として得られる粘性物質、商
品名スライム、及びそれに類するものとして知られるも
のを含有させると良い。これらの粘性物質は、すぐれた
粘性及び展性を有し、またその大部分が水分であるため
