2. Description of the Related Art In general, a ballpoint pen using a water-based ink having a so-called shear-thinning viscosity or a low-viscosity oil-based ink, in which the viscosity is reduced by rotation of a tip ball during writing and the ink flows out, is known. . A ballpoint pen using such an ink has a large amount of outflow of ink (to increase the writing density), and the diameter of the ink storage tube is increased to increase the amount of loaded ink. Further, since the viscosity of the ink is much smaller than that of the oil-based ball-point pen, the flow resistance to the ink container is small. Therefore, ink leakage (ink flows backward at the rear end of the ink storage tube) easily occurs due to the weight and impact of the ink. For this purpose, a grease-like follower is provided at the rear end of the ink, which normally moves following the consumption of the ink during writing, but suppresses the backflow of the ink against its own weight or impact. However, even if a follower is provided, when ink is run out of the ball at the tip of the tip when writing upwards, there is a danger that the ink or the head will be added directly, causing a significant backflow and soiling the hands and clothes. Further, since the viscosity of the ink is low and the amount of outflow is large, there is a problem that the ink is bleeding (direct current) when a gap is formed between the tip ball and the tip holding portion when the tip side is directed downward. In addition, since the holding portion at the tip of the tip that holds the tip ball is formed to be minute and thin, there is an accident that the tip ball falls off due to deformation or wear due to excessive writing or drop impact. In that case,
There is a risk that the ink will flow direct current and stain the surroundings. In particular, when used as a refill of a knock ballpoint pen, the tip of the tip is capped off, so that the risk is high.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a low-viscosity ink (an aqueous ink having a shear-thinning viscosity or a low-viscosity ink, in which the viscosity is reduced by the rotation of the tip ball during writing so that the ink flows out). The present invention is an improvement of a ballpoint pen having a relatively large diameter tip ball using an oil-based ink, etc., which satisfies the following performance as required and aims at cost reduction. It is possible to prevent backflow of ink caused by upward writing or impact of a ballpoint pen and direct current when the tip side is placed downward, thereby preventing contamination of the inside of the ball-point pen barrel, hands and clothes. It also prevents writing screeching caused by running out of ink due to air entrainment on the back of the tip ball when upward writing and impact is applied, and drying caused by incomplete sealing between the tip ball and the inner edge of the tip holding portion. Enables prevention of handwriting. In addition, even when an accident occurs in which the tip ball comes off due to deformation or wear due to excessive writing or a drop impact, ink direct current can be prevented.

FIG. 2 shows a tip 1 which is a writing tip of a ballpoint pen according to the present invention. The chip 1 is a resin molded product. A step 4b is formed in the rear end inner hole of the rear shaft 4 and a cutout 4a having an appropriate length from the rear end is formed in the shaft 4 at a required position. Further, the tip ball 2 as a writing portion is loosely fitted by having a channel for securing conduction of ink with a ball holding portion 1a formed by caulking or the like and having a receiving seat surface 1b for receiving the tip ball 2. is there. Also, the spring 3 is inserted into the inner hole of the chip from the rear end of the shaft (the shaft 4 is appropriately expanded by the cutout 4a).
The rear end of the spring 3 is retained and locked by the step portion 4b. The back end of the tip ball 2 is pressed by the tip of the rod shaft portion 3a at the tip of the spring 3, and is rotatably held at the tip end portion of the tip. The tip ball 2 is the ball holding portion 1a of the chip.

Also, since the winding of the spring 3 does not come into contact with the inner hole surface of the chip 1 and the movement of the spring action is not alienated, it is easy to detect the insertion and the orientation at the time of assembly. Since the straight rod portion 3a that penetrates through the center hole and presses the tip ball 2 extends as much as possible from the center of the tip 1, the tip 1 usually has an inner diameter smaller at the center portion than at the rear end portion. Therefore, the spring 3 has a small diameter at the front end of the winding portion of the spring 3 in consideration of the fact that it is necessary to make the center of the spring 3 smaller in diameter than the rear end side, or to consider that the whole outer diameter must be sufficiently small. The rear end of the part has a large diameter.

The configuration and operation of the ballpoint pen according to the present invention are as described above. Since the tip ball is in close contact with the inner edge of the chip holding portion except when writing, the direct current or backflow of ink is prevented and the inside of the shaft cylinder is prevented. Accidents that stain hands, clothes, etc. are prevented. or,
Writing scratches due to drying are also prevented. In addition, by providing a valve element that fits loosely in the valve chamber, a state of incomplete close contact between the tip ball and the tip holding portion and a state of severe ink backflow due to upward writing or impact are guaranteed. In addition, even if an accidental drop of the tip ball occurs due to the influence of excessive writing, knocking, or drop impact, direct current of the ink can be prevented. or,
Since the chip is formed of a resin molded product, a troublesome processing step for the chip is omitted, the spring can be easily attached, and the cost can be reduced.
