Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive Hotchkiss type stapler which can be easily replenished with staples, which can be safely manipulated, and which can use staples made of soft materials, other than metal, so as to prevent a blade in a shredder from being damaged, and which can prevent occurrence of unexpected injury. SOLUTION: A rectangular housing 1 in which U-like staples 7 made of a plurality of connected paper pieces coated thereover with an adhesive, vulcanized fibers, thermoplastic resin fibers or biologically absorptive polymer are urged forward by a cam, is coupled at its front surface with a cover 2 incorporating a blade having a width substantially equal to that of the staples 7 by means of protrusions and holes formed at the side surfaces of them, respectively, and is coupled at its rear end with an upper handle 3 including a lever having a width substantially equal to that of the stables 7, by means of rear bearing holes. Further, staple crimping members 6 are provided to branching parts of a see-saw type lever 5 journalled at its fulcrums to the inside walls of the lower handle which are coupled similar to the upper handle 3.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Metal needles are impurities in the recycling of documents and can damage the shredder blade. Also, if it spills on the floor or mixes with machines, it becomes an unexpected hazard. Medical staples will eventually need to be removed by surgery. Besides, metal needles are not suitable for coloring. The present invention has been made to eliminate these disadvantages.

The staple penetrates the document by replacing the ability to pierce the document with an instrument.
Just bind them. Select and use an adhesive that matches the material or a staple that melts with heat. Paper staples can be effectively bound by bonding. When the rear end of the seesaw lever 6 connected to the lower handle touches the square tube 1,
One of the front ends of the crimping tools 7 having different heights is bent after bending one of the needles, and both the crimping tools 7 press the staples to promote adhesion. Paper staples can be colored and the appearance can be improved.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. (A) The U-shaped staple 7 of the paper which is coated with the adhesive and is connected is placed in place of the staple instead of the staple at the position where it comes into close contact with the front surface of the square tube 1 which has been pressed forward with a top like a conventional stapler stapler. A cover 2 having a pair of blades for punching a hole in a document is coupled so that it can be replaced with one projection and the other hole. Through the upper handle 3
(2) Hollow pedestal 8 in front of lower handle 5
In addition, a see-saw lever 6 having a fulcrum in the middle of the lower handle is provided with a branched front end needle crimping tool 7 of different strength.

The present invention has the above-mentioned structure. When using the present invention, the document is sandwiched between the cover 2 and the lower handle pedestal, and the upper handle 3 and the lower handle 4 are grasped by hand to staple the document. Can penetrate and be bound by bonding. It should be noted that a heat welding resin may be used instead of the paper staple, and a heat source may be provided on the base of the lower handle. It is lighter than metal needles and does not rust when used in cardboard boxes and the like.
