Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to form sufficient water films on dust collection electrode surfaces by suppressing dropping of sprayed water droplets from fixing fixtures of the dust collection electrodes. SOLUTION: Metal plates 11 as a means for flowing the sprayed water droplets on the dust collection surfaces are installed on side faces of the fixing fixtures 2, on which water is sprayed, of the dust collection electrodes, for supporting the upper ends of the dust collection electrodes 1. Dropping of the sprayed water droplets from the fixing fixtures 2 of the dust collection electrodes can be prevented by guiding the sprayed water droplets to the dust collection electrode surfaces along the metal plates 11, thus frequent occurrence of sparks can be suppressed, then high voltage can be impressed and also formation of the water films on the dust collection electrode surfaces is surely attained. Thus, dust collection performance can be enhanced.

2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional wet type electrostatic precipitator, as shown in FIG. 12, a precipitating electrode 1 is vertically fixed by a precipitating electrode fixing bracket 2, and a discharge electrode 3 is interposed between the precipitating electrodes 1 in an insulator chamber. It is arranged vertically lower than the supporting insulator 5 in 4 and forms a dust collecting space. The dust collecting electrode 1 has a thickness of about 1 to 2 mm and has rigidity in the vertical direction.
, A square (b), a triangle (c), and the like. The dust collecting electrode 1 is fixed vertically with the dust collecting electrode fixing brackets 2 attached to both sides and tightened with bolts 6 and nuts 6A. A spray nozzle chamber 7 is provided above the dust collection space, and a header portion having a nozzle 8 attached thereto is disposed in the chamber. The water sprayed from the nozzle 8 by the cleaning spray 8A flows downward while forming a water film 8B on the surface of the dust collecting electrode 1, falls into the hopper 9, and is discharged by the discharge device 10. When a negative DC high voltage is applied to the discharge electrode 3, a negative ion current starts to flow (corona discharge) from the discharge electrode 3 toward the dust collection electrode 1 (positive ground electrode) through the dust collection space. When dust and mist (particles) contained in the processing gas are introduced, the particles are charged by negative ions, and the particles attracted to the surface of the dust collecting electrode 1 by the electric field are washed down together with the water film. If the water film is not formed, the dust collected on the dust collecting electrode accumulates, so that the interval between the high voltage electrode and the ground electrode becomes narrow, sparks frequently occur, and the dust collecting performance deteriorates.

However, when a conventional wet-type electrostatic precipitator forms a water film on the surface of a precipitating electrode and a fixing member for fixing the precipitating electrode by a cleaning spray, as shown in FIG. 8C of water spray from the lower part of the fixture 2
Because of the frequent occurrence of sparks due to the falling of, a sufficiently high DC voltage cannot be applied. Also, when the processing gas is set to a high flow rate,
As shown in FIG. 15, the water sprayed from the nozzle is sprayed upward (mist) by the flow (bypass flow) of the processing gas to the spray nozzle chamber 7, and the dust collecting electrode 1 is discharged.
Water surface cannot be formed on the dust collection electrode
Further, there is a problem that the dust flows into the drainage space below the dust collection electrode, bypasses the dust collection space, and lowers the dust collection performance. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a wet-type electrostatic precipitator in which the problems of the prior art are solved and dust collecting performance is improved. Another object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for forming a water film on the surface of a dust collecting electrode in a wet electric precipitator, which can apply a high voltage to the electrode. Still another object of the present invention is to provide a wet type electrostatic precipitator which suppresses a processing gas from being bypassed to a spray nozzle chamber or a drainage space when a gas flow velocity is high, and enables a sufficient water film to be formed on a dust collecting electrode surface. Is to provide.
