Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fire resistance of the connecting section of a panel for construction. SOLUTION: A core material 29 is sandwiched by a surface material 2 and a rear material 22, and a female type connecting section 32 and a female type connecting section 36 are installed on both side faces in the longitudinal direction of the core material 29 in the long-sized panel 1 for construction. At least both connecting sections are filled with a noncombustible material A while fire-resistant pulverulent bodies are used as the core material and an outer circumference is covered with a thermally foamed fire-resistant sheet in the noncombustible material A at that time.

Through holes 31 are formed in a perforated shape as a whole.
The formation of the through-holes 31 has a function of giving the refractory sheet C a certain degree of flexibility and elasticity (handling). By doing so, the bending process into a predetermined shape becomes easy, and The sheet C can be wound up in a coil shape, and transport and transportation are easy and efficient. Furthermore, the through-hole 31 also functions as a space when the base C1 is thermally foamed, and can effectively form a carbonized layer and a heat insulating layer.
