Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate finishing for flaws caused by bending which is executed in a conventional method, to decrease a man-hour and also to improve quality by not imparting flaws caused by bending to a stock like bending at the time of using a lower die having a V shaped groove because the sliding-in of the stock is eliminated by the reason that two bending blades are bent in the connected surface. SOLUTION: This device is constituted by connecting a bending blade 1 to a bending blade 2 with a hinge 3 and combining them with a lower die 4 having a V shaped groove. At the time of using the device, the bending blade of an upper die is die matched with the device and set to a bending machine, and a stock is set on the device. When the bending blade of the upper die is lowered, brought into contact with the stock and further lowered, the bending blade 1 and the bending blade 2 are bent in the connected surface together with the stock and fixed with the lower die 4 having the V shaped groove. る。また通常では曲げ刃(1)(2)が平らになってい
るのでV溝下型(4)だけの場合より型の清掃が楽であ
る。直接材料(7)とV溝下型(4)が触れなくなった
ためV溝下型(4)の寿命が延びる。また作業ミスなど
で材料(7)を潰してしまった場合、型が破損する可能
性があるが曲げ刃1(1)、もしくは曲げ刃2(2)が
V溝下型(4)の間にあるため直接高価なV溝下型
(4)を痛める可能性が低く、安上がりな曲げ刃1
(1)もしくは曲げ刃2(2)の交換だけですむので負
担が少ない。
