Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize easiness in unsealing and to eliminate a process for making perforations or laminating to improve a yield and a rate of operation by forming at least one of heat-bonding strips to be a weak adhesive strip comprising a non-adhesive part and an adhesive part appropriately distributed by printing. SOLUTION: An upper opening of a gusset-bag-like package is closed to form a straight standing handle 4 including a hanging hole 3, and at least a part of a heat-bonding strip formed by heat-bonding overlapping faces of a film on a lower part of the handle 4 is constituted as a weak adhesive strip 3 comprising a non-adhesive part 14 by print ink and a heat-bonded part 15 between the films. By applying non-adhesive print ink in a predetermined pattern on the heat-bonded part of the films in advance, the part with the ink applied may not be heat-bonded, while the films are heat-bonded at the other part 15 in direct contact. At the time of unsealing, both films at a top of the handle 4 is opened by a finger and pulled toward both sides, whereby the top opening can be easily opened.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a bag-like package is easily opened by a method of providing perforations, or laminating a film having scratches or perforations in a certain direction of the film or a film having a significantly different tear strength in vertical and horizontal directions. There was a method in which the tear direction was specified and used. There is also a method of obtaining an easy-opening property by cutting the heater or providing irregularities on the heater surface to form an adhesive portion and a non-adhesive portion. For example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. Hei 8-301307 discloses a bag-like package in which a film made of a thermoplastic resin is folded in two, and the product is filled in a bag formed by thermally bonding (heat-sealing) the film overlapping surfaces on three sides. A thermoplastic nonwoven fabric having a lower melting point than the film is interposed between the film overlapping surfaces on one side serving as an opening and thermally bonded at a low temperature to melt the nonwoven fabric and partially overlap the film overlapping surface. Are described as being adhered.
This weakens the adhesive strength of the thermal adhesive band at the opening to facilitate opening. On the other hand, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-25400, a plastic film is vertically folded, the vertical edges of the superimposed films are heat-sealed to each other, the opposing sides are folded in a gusset shape, and cut at two locations in the vertical direction. Then, in a bag-like package in which the product is stored and the vicinity of these transverse cut portions is heat-sealed, a plastic film is stretched in the vertical direction in advance, and cuts are made at two places of the transverse cut portions. Put in to form an ear,
It describes that the bag is torn in the longitudinal direction from the ear part. Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-300142 describes that a handle portion is formed by being connected to a thermal bonding band on the top side of two thermal bonding bands orthogonal to a fold line of a gusset-shaped bag storing a product. Have been. Additionally, perforations are provided adjacent to the thermal adhesive strip to facilitate opening.

However, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8-3
Use of a heat-fusible nonwoven fabric as in Japanese Patent No. 01307 requires a special material and processing, and thus has a problem in that the cost is increased in terms of the material and the process. In addition, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open
In the case of perforation method like 300142,
Since a perforated cutter is required, the number of process operations is increased, and the cutting becomes worse due to the wear of the cutter. Therefore, it is necessary to manage the perforated cutting. In addition, Jiko 60-
In the case of using a film which has been subjected to processing that is easily torn in a certain direction as in No. 25400, a step of scratching the film or a step of lamination or the like is required,
A considerable increase in cost was required to obtain easy opening. Further, in the method of providing irregularities on the heater surface, although the adhesion can be adjusted to some extent, the irregularities on the heater surface are absorbed by the thickness of the bag, and it is difficult to finely adjust the adhesion state.

According to the present invention, printing is performed on the heat-bonded portion of a bag-like package with ink, so that the strength of the bond is increased or decreased due to a change in the printing area, and easy-openability is obtained. More specifically, the present invention relates to a bag-shaped portion in which a product is wrapped with a bag-shaped plastic film, a handle connected to the bag-shaped portion and having a hole for hanging, and opposing surfaces of the film in the bag-shaped portion. In a bag-shaped package having a heat-bonded band in which the mating portions are heat-bonded, at least one portion of the heat-bonded band was constituted by a weak bonding band in which a non-bonded portion and a bonded portion were appropriately distributed by printing. It is a bag-shaped package characterized by the above-mentioned. In the case of a gusset bag-shaped package, the heat-bonding band can be formed in three places, but preferably the weak bonding part is
The film is formed at the joint between the opposing surfaces of the film between the bag-like portion and the handle. Further, when a plate-like reinforcing plate made of paper or plastic base material is attached to the handle near the hanging hole, the opening is reinforced and the port is easy to carry, and the initial appearance is prevented by preventing shape collapse. be able to.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A bag usually has three adhesive portions when formed from a sheet, and two adhesive portions when it is formed in a cylindrical shape in advance. In addition, as a method of bonding the bonding portion, thermal bonding using the thermal bonding property of the plastic film itself is often used because the device is simple and easy to handle, and if there is printing on the bonding surface, the bonding strength is low. No printing was applied to the adhesive part due to the decrease. In the present invention, the phenomenon that the adhesive strength is reduced by printing on the adhesive surface is utilized, and ink is applied in an appropriate distribution by printing to at least one portion of the heat-bonded portion, and non-adhesive is performed by this ink. The adhesive strength is adjusted by adjusting the ratio between the ink application area and the non-application area, thereby obtaining easy-openability.

More specifically, in the case of bonding a normal film by heat, the bonding surfaces of the films are overlapped with each other by a predetermined width, and the overlapped portion is heated from one or both sides, and the film surface is melted by the heat and bonded. Let it. At this time, by applying the printing ink in a predetermined pattern to the adhesive portion of the film in advance, since the adhesive surfaces of the film at that portion do not directly contact each other, the ink applied portion is not bonded, and Heat bonding at the part. Making use of this, a weak adhesive band is created by distributing the adhesive surface where the films adhere to each other and the non-adhesive surface coated with ink at an appropriate area ratio, and the adhesive strength is changed by changing the ink printing area or printing pattern. Adjustments can be made. For example, a grid-like printing is performed within a certain range, and the width of the grid is changed to be large, so that the area of the non-printing surface is relatively reduced and the adhesive strength is weakened. Also, the opening property can be changed by changing the printing pattern. The printing pattern at this time has various shapes such as a grid, a circle or a polygon, a straight line or a wavy line arranged at an arbitrary angle.

More specifically, this bonding method is desirably used when bonding the handle opening of a bag-like package having a handle. Even if the bag is shocked when taken back after purchase and the adhesive is peeled off, if this adhesive method is used for the handle portion, it is possible to prevent damage due to product drop or the like just by opening the adhesive portion. Further, when provided on the handle portion, the product remains in a bag state even after use of the product, so that the remaining product in the bag state can be stored and reused for another use, leading to recycling. Conventional products could not be taken out without breaking the bag, so the bag after taking out the product turned into garbage and was not suitable for storing the surplus product.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Embodiment 1 FIG. 1 shows an example of a gusset bag-like package made of a plastic film according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The gusseted bag-shaped package 1 is formed by folding back the side of the bottom of the bag having a tubular or vertical overlapping portion thermally bonded to a gusset shape, closing the opening at the lower edge of the bag, and thermally bonding the overlapping surface of the film. A band 2 is formed, and the upper side is folded in a gusset shape, the top opening is closed, and an upright hanging hole 3 is formed to form a handle 4
Is formed, and simultaneously or before or after, the superposed surfaces of the films in the lower part of the handle portion 4 are heat-bonded to each other to form a heat-bonding band 5. Product 6 is filled into the bag at the appropriate stage to form a gusset bag. The thermal bonding band 5 may cover not only the illustrated portion but also the entire surface of the handle portion 4. FIG.
In this example, the heat bonding band 5 is formed on the surface of the inner surface of the lower portion of the handle 4 where the films are in contact with each other.

In accordance with the present invention, at least a portion, in this example all, of the thermal bonding zone 5 is configured as a weak bonding zone. The weak adhesive band is formed by appropriately distributing the non-adhesive portion of the printing ink and the thermal adhesive portion between the films, and applying the printing ink in a predetermined pattern in advance to the adhesive portion of the film of the weak adhesive band. deep. For example, a printing portion 7 having a grid-like printing pattern as shown in FIG. 4A and a printing portion having a parallel-line printing pattern as shown in FIG. 8, a printing section 9 with a round printing pattern as shown in FIG. 8C or a printing section 10 with a square printing pattern as shown in FIG.
In the printed portions 7 to 10, the adhesive surfaces of the films do not come into direct contact with each other, so that the portions to which the ink is applied are not bonded, and the other films are thermally bonded at the portions 15 that are in direct contact. By appropriately distributing the adhesive surface where the films adhere to each other and the non-adhesive surface where the ink is applied, a weak adhesive band can be created, and the adhesive strength can be adjusted by changing the ink printing area or printing pattern. When you want to open the top opening, open both films on the top of the handle 4 with your fingers,
When strongly pulled to both sides, the thermal bonding band 5 can be easily opened because of weak bonding. Since this opening does not break any part of the bag, it can be used as it is as a storage bag.

Embodiment 2 FIGS. 2 and 3 show an example of a package using a gusset bag made of a plastic film according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the gusset bag-shaped package and the first embodiment is the structure of the top. In this example, the reinforcing plate 11 is bonded to the film 16. The reinforcing plate 11 is made of plastic, paper, or the like. The heat-bonding band 13 forms a weak bonding band including a non-bonding portion 14 formed of printing ink and a bonding portion 15 which is in direct contact with the film surfaces and is heat-sealed. As a printing pattern for forming the non-adhesive portion 14, a repetitive pattern similar to that shown in FIG. 4 can be used. In FIG. 4, locations where thermal bonding is not performed are indicated by thick solid lines for convenience, but actually, the inner surfaces of the films are merely in contact with each other. In the illustrated example, the weak adhesive band 13 is applied to the lower region of the handle portion, but may extend to the vicinity of the top opening. In this case, heat bonding is not performed near the top opening, and The adhesive band 13 increases the area of the non-adhesive portion 14 made of the printing ink upward, and increases the adhesive portion 15 between the films downward,
The easy-opening property can be improved while sufficiently securing the sealing strength. According to this configuration, by holding the top opening with both hands and pulling it apart, the weak adhesive band can be peeled off and the package can be easily opened.

According to the present invention, the heat-bonded portion formed at the open portion of the heat-bonded band can be appropriately converted into a non-bonded portion by a non-bonding pattern using a printing ink and a bonded portion by heat fusion between films. Since it is configured as a weak adhesive band by allocating at an appropriate area ratio, easy opening can be realized, and the conventional processes such as perforation and laminating are not required, so that the yield and the operation rate of equipment can be expected to be improved. Also, since the adhesive strength can be adjusted by changing the printing area with the printing ink,
The product can be taken out without breaking the bag, and it can be reused as a bag, especially if a weak adhesive band is used in the opening, and no special investment is required.
