SOLUTION: A long reflector 7 comprising a transparent or translucent prism plate, at least one side of which is formed into an uneven surface and whose upper end part is bent, is held by and fixed to both longitudinal side parts of a long-shaped reflector attaching member 5, which is attached to an under surface of a long luminaire body 2 having sockets disposed on opposite ends thereof and whose under surface is adapted to be a reflection surface, such that an upper end part 7a of the reflector 7 is sandwiched between a pressing member 9 which bends along the shape of the upper end part of this reflector 7 and an end part of the reflector-attaching member 5 and that the pressing member 9 is fixed to the reflector-attaching member 5 by a fastener 8. As a result of this, the reflector 7 is hold by and fixed to the reflector- attaching member 5 so that boring holes need not be provided in the reflector 7.
