用ベルト７及びギア８の駆動により、図中の上下方向に
動き、下端に移動したときに空気吸込口３ａを遮蔽し、

筺体の内部には熱交換器９と貫流ファン１０，露皿１１
が収められ、空気吐出口には風向板１２が備えられてい
る。また、熱交換器９の前方にはエアフィルタ５が、前

Ａ方向に引くと、上面グリル４の取付用軸４ｂが化粧枠
２の取付用ガイドレール２ｂにより案内され取り外しが
行える。上面グリル４の取り付けは、取り外しの逆の手
順を行えば容易に操作可能である。エアフィルタ５は、
上面グリル４の内部に脱着可能なように具備されてお
り、図中の矢印Ｂ方向に引くと、容易に取り外しが行え
る。尚、上面グリル４を取り外さなくてもエアフィルタ
５の脱着操作は可能である。以上の内容により、上面グ
リル４とエアフィルタ５を一緒に化粧枠２より容易に脱
着できるため、空気調和機を使用しない場合、最も塵埃
が付着し易い上面グリル４の清掃が容易となり、外観美
麗であるとともに、塵埃が十分に取り除けるため、風量
低下等による機能の低下がなく、長期にわたり初期の性
