繊維基材2内の気泡、繊維基材2表面の付着物を除去
し、繊維基材2に対する液状樹脂3の含浸が図れる。ま

脂3を循環することでより効果的である。樹脂含浸槽4
から出た繊維基材2は、乾燥機5により熱乾燥処理が施
され半硬化状態のプリプレグとなる。図1に示す樹脂含
浸装置を用い、繊維基材2に厚さ200μmのガラス布

とし、液状のエポキシ樹脂を含浸させた。この樹脂含浸

動装置を停止して、同じ条件でプリプレグを製造した結
果、得られたプリプレグの気泡面積率は48%であっ
