上面に適間隔に直立設置し、内筒を内設する外筒を上部
ローラー取付ポストの支柱と、下部ローラー取付ポスト
の支持材間に設け、上材下面中央に上部ローラーを、支
持材上面に下部ローラーを、支柱に対して水平に設けた
下部ローラー取付材上面中央に下部受ローラーを設けた
ポストを台車上に設置してなる走行載置手段と、 筒体で上部ローラー・下部ローラー・下部受ローラーに
て支持され移動可能としたメインブーム下面一端に吊設
したメインブーム駆動用取付枠の外側に、先端金具を先
端に設けたジャッキ軸が内側になるようメインブーム用
ジャッキを設け、ジャッキ軸に螺合或は摺動にて移動可
能に設けた固定金具を内筒一端或いは上部ローラー取付
ポストに固設し、メインブーム用ジャッキの作動時に、
固設する固定金具にてメインブームの移動を可能として
なるメインブーム伸縮手段と、 筒体でメインブームに挿設するサブブーム本体一端を、
メインブーム一端外側に設けたサブブーム用ジャッキの
ジャッキ軸に螺合或は摺動にて移動可能に設けた摺動ナ
ットに連結し、 メインブーム他端に突出量を調節可能として設けた下側
摺動板と側摺動板にてサブブーム本体他端を支持し、サ
ブブーム用ジャッキが作動する時に摺動ナットの移動と
共にサブブーム本体の移動を可能としたサブブーム伸縮
手段と、 サブブーム本体一端に設けた吊上用ジャッキのジャッキ
軸に螺合或は摺動にて移動可能に設けた端末金具と、サ
ブブーム本体他端下面に設けたリーフチェーン取付金具
とをサブブーム本体他端に設けたブーム側シーブを介し
て下フックを設けたリーフチェーン用シーブを吊設する
ようリーフチェーンで連結し、吊上用ジャッキの作動に
て端末金具が移動すると共にリーフチェーン用シーブの
上下動を可能とし、PC版吊桁とPC版接続金具にて床
版の吊設を可能とした吊上手段との組合わせとしたこと
を特徴とするプレキャスト床版架設用ジブクレーン。
