Since it has features such as small size and mass productivity, it plays a part in the spread of mobile phones and the like. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing an electrode pattern of a conventional two-stage cascaded primary-tertiary-coupled dual-mode SAW filter (hereinafter referred to as a two-section dual-mode SAW filter) on the same piezoelectric substrate. And two double mode SAW filters are juxtaposed and electrically connected in cascade. Since the electrode pattern in FIG. 4 is point-symmetric with respect to the center, the dual mode filter in the upper half of the figure will be described. The symbols IN and OUT represent input and output bonding pads, and the symbol G represents an earth bonding pad (ground pad). The dual mode filter in the upper half of FIG.
The three IDT electrodes 12, 13 and 14 are arranged close to each other on the principal surface of the substrate along the propagation direction of the surface wave, and reflectors 15a and 15b are arranged on both sides of the IDT electrodes. Each of the IDT electrodes 12, 13 and 14 is constituted by a comb-shaped electrode having a plurality of electrode fingers interposed therebetween, and the comb-shaped electrode outside the IDT electrode 12 is connected to the input bonding pad IN, and the comb-shaped electrode inside is formed. The shape electrode is connected to the earth bonding pad G. Further, the comb-shaped electrodes outside the IDT electrodes 13 and 14 are connected to each other and connected to the earth bonding pad G, and the IDT electrodes 13 and 1 are connected to each other.
Each of the interdigital electrodes 4 is connected to the internal comb electrode of the next-stage IDT electrode.

めである。As is well known, the operation of the dual mode SAW filter shown in FIG. 4 is that a plurality of surface waves excited by the IDT electrodes 12, 13, 14 are confined between the reflectors 15a, 15b, As a result of acoustic coupling between 12, 13, and 14, two longitudinal resonance modes of first and third order are strongly excited, and the filter operates as a dual-mode SAW filter using these two modes. The pass band of the dual mode SAW filter is the same as that of the primary resonance mode and 3
It is well known that it is proportional to the frequency difference from the next resonance mode. The cascade connection of two dual-mode SAW filters to form a two-section dual-mode SAW filter is to improve the attenuation gradient and the guaranteed attenuation as is well known.

And 40 dB near 926.5 MHZ
Is interrupting. When such a duplex filter is used in a cordless telephone or the like, there is a problem that the SN ratio of the telephone is degraded to lower the receiving sensitivity, or the receiver is erroneously operated due to a roundabout. The present invention has been made to solve the above problem, and has as its object to provide a duplex filter with improved crosstalk between transmission and reception filters.

FIG. 2 (b) shows a measured value between terminals 3 and 4, and FIG.
It is a measurement value measured between the two. Symbols ▼ 1, ▼ shown in the figure
2 is a point indicating frequencies of 903.5 MHz and 926.5 MHz, respectively. As is clear from FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the crosstalk is 40 dB near the transmission / reception frequency.
As described above, it can be seen that it is greatly improved as compared with the conventional duplex filter. This is because by performing the connection layout of the bonding wires connected to the ground as described above, only one of the ground electrodes of the reception filter R or the transmission filter T is connected to the terminal electrodes G2 and G5. It is considered that the wraparound of the high-frequency component between the reception filter R and the transmission filter T is reduced.

Since it has features such as small size and mass productivity, it plays a part in the spread of mobile phones and the like. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing an electrode pattern of a conventional two-stage cascade-connected primary-tertiary-coupled dual-mode SAW filter (hereinafter, referred to as a two-section dual-mode SAW filter) on the same piezoelectric substrate. Two double mode SAW filters are juxtaposed and electrically connected in cascade .
Each of the IDT electrodes 12, 13 and 14 is constituted by a comb-shaped electrode having a plurality of electrode fingers interposed therebetween, and a comb-shaped electrode outside the IDT electrode 12 is connected to the input bonding pad IN, and a comb-shaped electrode inside the IDT electrode 12.
