Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of noise at the time of walking and improve walking feeling by forming a recessed groove for piping on one side of a block floor structural material which can be laid on a floor slab, fitting and fixing an embedded piece into/to the recessed groove and filling up a space after piping. SOLUTION: A plurality of piping grooves 1a having a U-shape in cross section are provided on one side of a floor structural material 1 which is formed into a square shape in a plane view out of foamed urethane and an embedded piece 1b is fitted/fixed into/to each of piping grooves 1a. This floor structural material 1 is laid on a floor slab S, a floor surface is formed by laying a flooring material on the structural material 1 and space is prevented from being generated between the floor slab S and the flooring material. When a piping 2 is disposed in the floor structural material 1, blocks in the part are laid by turning the blocks upside down, the embedded piece 1b is removed, the piping 2 is fitted and then embedded piece 1b is buried. Generation of noise from the piping 2 is prevented, and a sound absorbing effect and a heat insulating effect are enhanced. Thus, a floor which is excellent in walking feeling can be easily obtained.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective configuration diagram of a floor structural material. The floor structural material 1 is formed of, for example, urethane foam in a square block shape of a predetermined module, and has a U-shaped cross section on one surface side. A plurality of recesses 1a, 1a are formed, and an embedding piece 1b is fitted into each of the pipe grooves 1a, 1a, 1a. Each embedded piece 1b can be formed of the same urethane foam as the floor structural material 1 so as to be detachable.

[0005] A plurality of such floor structural materials 1 can be used by laying them on a floor slab S as shown in FIG. 2. The pipe 2 can be passed through the pipe groove 1a, and the pipe 2 can be satisfactorily fixed by the pipe groove 1a to perform the pipe construction. At a portion where the pipe 2 is not formed, the embedded piece 1b is inserted into each pipe groove 1a. Can be laid on the floor slab S by arranging such that the pipe groove 1a is on the bottom side. The flooring material 3 can be formed by laying a flooring material 3 or the like on each floor structure material 1. In such a structure, the flooring material 3 and the floor slab S
Since the floor structural materials 1, 1, 1 are interposed therebetween, no space is formed as in the prior art, and the noise can be effectively prevented by the floor structural material 1. When the floor structural material 1 is formed, sound can be more effectively absorbed to prevent noise, and a heat insulating effect can be obtained.

Since the floor structural material 1 is extremely light, it is very easy to lay and construct it. Moreover, since it is formed in a predetermined block shape, it is easy to construct on the floor slab S, and it is easy to construct. The flooring material 3 can be laid in the whole room by cutting or the like, and since there is no space between the flooring material 3 and the floor slab S, the surface of the flooring material 3 is stabilized, and when walking on the flooring material 3 The walking feeling at is good.

According to the present invention, there is provided a floor structural member formed in a block shape of a predetermined module which can be laid on a floor slab, wherein the floor structural member has a concave piping groove for piping. At the same time, since the embedded piece is removably fitted in the pipe groove, a plurality of floor structural members are laid on the floor slab in a state where the embedded piece is fitted in the pipe groove, and the strength is improved. A large floor surface can be formed, a floor surface with a good walking feeling can be formed, and a floor structure material is laid by removing the embedded piece at the piping portion and turning the piping groove upward, Piping can be appropriately performed in the pipe groove, the pipe can be fixed well in the pipe groove, noise generation from the pipe can be effectively prevented, and a floor surface having a large sound absorbing effect and heat insulating effect can be formed. Has an effect.
