Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overlying woody floor heating panel which can be laid easily on the floor, e.g. flooring, of existing housing without causing any damage on the basic tone of the room floor while preventing breadthwise warp or cracking of long woody pieces coupled windingly. SOLUTION: A plurality of long juxtaposed woody pieces 2, 2 are coupled windingly by a flexible lining material 3 and a heating fluid duct 6 or a heating wire is buried in a groove 5 made substantially in the center of rear surface of the woody piece 2 thus producing an overlying woody floor heating panel. Slits are made in the rear surface of the woody piece 2 on the opposite sides of the groove 5 while inclining toward the central part in the breadthwise direction. Furthermore, parts X, Y for fitting the adjacent woody pieces 2 are provided at the opposite end parts thereof in the breadthwise direction and a lateral slit is made in the protruding part of the X, Y part substantially in parallel with the surface of the woody piece 2.

On the back surface of each of the long wooden pieces 2,
A pair of inclined slit grooves a and b are provided on both sides of the embedding groove 5, each having a tip inclining inward toward the center in the width direction of the long wooden piece 2. Therefore, the expansion and contraction of the long wooden piece 2 in the width direction due to the heat and moisture from the hot water pipe 6 can be absorbed and alleviated by the inclined slit grooves a and b. 2
Can be prevented from being warped in an arc shape such that the center thereof is directed upward in the width direction (convex warpage), and the occurrence of cracks can be prevented.

According to this other embodiment, male-side uneven portions are provided at both ends in the width direction of the long wooden piece 2 so as to fit the adjacent long wooden pieces 2 and 2 into and out. X and the female-side uneven portion Y are provided, and the central convex portion of the male-side uneven portion X and the upper and lower convex portions of the female-side uneven portion Y are substantially parallel to the surface of the long wooden piece 2. Horizontal slit groove,
D and O are respectively provided, so that the adjacent long wooden pieces 2 and 2 overlap each other by the concave and convex fitting of the male and female side concave and convex portions X and Y. The portion of the hot water pipe 6 traversing the wood piece 2 can be prevented from being exposed from between the long wood pieces 2 and 2 adjacent to each other, not only preventing breakage of the hot water pipe due to intrusion of objects, When the long wooden piece 2 expands in the width direction due to the influence of heat or moisture from the hot water pipe 6, since the transverse slit grooves U, D, and O are crushed by the pressure accompanying the expansion, The height dimension of the convex portions of the male-side uneven portion X and the female-side uneven portion Y is reduced, and as a result, a dimensional change due to expansion in the width direction of the long wooden piece 2 is suppressed,
The phenomenon in which the long wooden piece 2 warps in an arc shape (convex warpage) so that the center of the long wood piece 2 faces upward in the width direction, and the occurrence of cracks can be prevented.
