Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a water drop formed by dewfall and dropping through a drink-discharging nozzle from being inserted into a cup with the drink in a dispenser for producing the sherbet-like drink by mixing a thin layer of ice peeled from the surface of a cooler with a raw material. SOLUTION: This frozen drink dispenser has a dew-receiver 13 arranged at the outer periphery of the lower end part of a drink-discharging nozzle 10, used for receiving water drops formed by dewfall and having a brim shape, and the water drop received by the dew-receiver 13 is introduced through a piping 15 to a tray 12 with a cup placed thereon. As a result, the water drop is prevented from inserted into the cup 11.

By the way, a beverage made with a frozen beverage dispenser is taken out from a beverage take-out nozzle attached to a beverage container into a cup placed thereunder. In some cases, water droplets formed by dew condensation on the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle fall along the beverage ejection nozzle and fall into the cup together with the beverage when the beverage is discharged into the cup. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to prevent dewed water droplets from entering a cup.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides, at a lower end portion of a beverage take-out nozzle, a collar for receiving water droplets generated by dew condensation in a brim-like manner. From one end of the cup to the outside of the cup. In such a case, if the water droplets received by the soup tray are guided to the tray on which the cup is placed via a pipe, the collected water droplets can be easily processed.

Inside, a hollow cylindrical cooler 3 is installed horizontally, and a stirrer 4 is combined with the cooler 3. The stirrer 4 has spiral blades 4a and 4b rotating along the inner and outer surfaces of the cooler 3, respectively, and is driven by a motor 5 with a speed reducer via a drive shaft 4c. The wing winding directions of the blades 4a and 4b are opposite to each other, and the blade 4a is wound around the drive shaft 4c, and the blade 4b is connected to the drive shaft 4c at the left end in FIG. These blades 4a and 4b are close to the inner and outer surfaces of the cooler 3 via a minute gap. Cooler 3

When the beverage container 2 is filled with a beverage material comprising a syrup diluted with water to a predetermined level, the cooler 3 is operated and the stirrer 4 is driven to rotate in the direction of the solid line arrow. Thereby, as shown by the dashed arrow, the raw material is taken in from the left end of FIG. 2 by the blade 4a inside the cooler 3 and sent rightward to the outside through the window hole 3a provided at the right end of the cooler 3. On the other hand, on the outside of the cooler 3, the raw material is sent to the left by the blades 4b,
At the left end of the cooler 3, a part is taken in, and the rest circulates so as to turn back and move rightward.

During this time, a thin layer of raw material ice forms and adheres to the inner and outer surfaces of the cooler 3. When the thickness of the thin layer increases, it hits the rotating blades 4a and 4b, is separated from the cooler 3 and is introduced into the liquid material, and is stirred and mixed with the material during the circulation process. As the growth and peeling of such a thin layer of ice are repeated, the amount of ice in the raw material gradually increases, finally forming a sherbet shape to complete the desired frozen beverage 8. A cylindrical beverage extraction nozzle 10 having a handle 9 is attached to the lower part of the front surface of the beverage container 2. When the beverage extraction nozzle 10 is opened by operating the handle 9, the beverage is pushed out from the lower opening 2 d of the beverage container 2 by the stirrer 4. The beverage 8 is discharged from the beverage discharge port at the lower end of the beverage discharge nozzle 10 to the cup 11 placed directly below the beverage discharge port. The cup 11 is supported by a tray 12 attached to the base 1.

Here, the beverage container 2 and the beverage take-out nozzle 10
Water droplets are formed on the outer surface of the container due to dew condensation, and some of the water droplets try to enter the cup 11 through the beverage discharge nozzle 10. In view of this, at the lower end of the beverage take-out nozzle 10, a soup 13 is provided integrally with the beverage take-out nozzle 10 made of resin in a brim shape. The support 13 has a shape shown in FIG. 2 and is inclined rearward, and its rear end extends onto a dish-shaped upper tray 14 attached to the base 1 as shown in FIG. The upper tray 14 communicates with the tray 12 via a pipe 15 passing through the inside of the base 1. In such a configuration, the water droplets that travel down the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the beverage discharge nozzle 10 are received by the soup receiver 13, and are dropped into the upper nozzle 14 from the rear end. The water collected by the upper nozzle 14 is supplied to a pipe 15
Through the tray 12.

According to the present invention, since water drops falling along the beverage discharge nozzle due to dew condensation are released to the outside of the cup by the catcher, the water drops may enter the cup together with the beverage and impair hygiene and flavor. Absent. In that case,
Drainage treatment is facilitated by guiding the water droplets received by the soup tray to a tray on which a cup is placed via a pipe.
