2. Description of the Related Art When transporting a plate-like body such as a door, it is packed so that the surface is not scratched and is easy to handle. In particular, corner materials are attached to corners that are easily damaged during transportation. Figure 3 shows the corner material (b) at the corner of the panel (a),
(B) ... is attached, and the whole is packed in this state. There are various types of corner materials (b), and the simplest form is L
Although it is bent into a mold, the box-shaped corner material shown in the figure is suitable. The panel surface (c) may have a projection (d), so that when the panels (a), (b)… are stacked, this projection (d) does not hit the other panel surface (c). The thickness a of the side portion (e) of the corner material (b) is the height b of the projection (d).

[0003] By the way, such a corner material (b) is generally formed by bending a corrugated cardboard. However, in the case of a corner material in which a corrugated cardboard is simply formed in a box shape, it is difficult to particularly increase the thickness of the side portion (e). It is not easy, and a plurality of sheets must be overlapped to form a thick side (e). Therefore,
It is costly to manufacture a corner material having such a structure, and, of course, productivity is not good. In addition, if only the side (e) is thickened, the strength of the corner material (b) is low,
In particular, the strength and rigidity of the portion where there are only sheets are insufficient.

As described above, the conventional corner material has the above-mentioned problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem. One piece of corrugated cardboard is cut into a predetermined shape, and the cardboard is bent into a box shape having both sides, and the side portions have a space between them. Provided is a corner material that is made up of an inner surface and an outer surface, and has high overall strength.

The corner material of the present invention is attached to a corner portion of a door panel or the like, and has a box shape capable of covering not only the upper and lower end surfaces and side end surfaces but also the corner surface. And the side part, the bottom part, and the back part are comprised by laminating three cardboards, and especially the side part has a space interposed between both cardboards, and consists of an inner surface and an outer surface parallel to each other. I have. That is, by providing a space between the inner side surface and the outer side surface, the thickness of the side portion can be freely increased or decreased, and the side portion has elasticity. Therefore, even when the projections are formed on the surface of the door panel or the like, by changing the size of the space, it is possible to reduce the side thickness so that the projections do not contact when the door panels are stacked.

By the way, the corner material of the present invention is produced by cutting a piece of corrugated cardboard into a predetermined shape to produce a developed paper surface, and folding an appropriate portion of the developed paper surface to produce a corner material.
A fitting portion or the like is formed on the development paper so that the corner material assembled by folding is not disassembled. Further, a support piece is provided so as to keep a space between the inner side surface and the outer side surface constituting the side portion so that the inner and outer side surfaces do not approach each other.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A corner material is formed by cutting and folding and assembling a corrugated cardboard. , And an inner back surface, and each of these surfaces is formed continuously by one piece of cardboard. A bending line is provided at the boundary between these surfaces so as to be easily bent. The development paper surface having predetermined surfaces is punched by a press die, and a bending line can be provided at the same time. Here, by changing the width of the connecting surface, the distance between the inner and outer surfaces, that is, the thickness of the side portion can be determined.

In order to prevent the corner material assembled in a box shape from being disassembled and spread again, a fitting portion is formed at the butting portion on the upper and lower surfaces, and a fitting portion is also provided at the butting portion on the middle and back surfaces. I have. Further, a fitting protrusion is provided at the front end of the inner rear surface so as to fit into a groove formed at the edge of the upper bottom surface. Also, a part of the upper bottom is cut off and the tip of the support piece extended to the outer side is abutted,
The distance between the inner and outer surfaces can be kept constant. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is an embodiment showing a corner material according to the present invention. It has a box shape in appearance, and has a bottom portion 1, side portions 2, 2, and a back portion 3 so as to be attached so as to cover a corner of a door panel or the like. The bottom 1 is composed of a lower bottom 4 and an upper bottom 5, and the side 2 is an inner side 6 and an outer side 7.
The back 3 is composed of an outer back, a middle back, and an inner back. Each of these surfaces is made of cardboard, and one large cardboard is cut into a predetermined shape and bent and assembled.

As is apparent from FIG. 1, each part of the box-shaped corner material is constituted by two or three corrugated cardboard surfaces overlapping each other, and a space is provided between the inner side surface 6 and the outer side surface 7 of the side portion 2. 8
have. Therefore, if the space 8 is enlarged, the interval between the inner side surface 6 and the outer side surface 7 is increased, and the side portion 2 becomes thicker.
That is, the thick side portion 2 can be formed without superposing a large number of cardboards. The side part 2 has a connecting surface 9 at the upper end and a support piece 10 at the lower end so that the inner side surface 6 and the outer side surface 7 are juxtaposed at a predetermined interval.

The support piece 10 is cut in a part of the upper bottom surface 5 and bent in the opposite direction, and the tip of the support piece 10 is in contact with the outer side surface 7. Therefore, the inner side surface 6 does not move to the outer side surface 7 side, and both side surfaces 6 and 7 are arranged in parallel. The upper bottom surface 5 is separated right and left at the center, and
a and the upper right bottom face 5b are connected to each other. In this embodiment, a fitting groove is formed in the upper left bottom face 5a, and a fitting piece formed in the upper right bottom face 5b is fitted in the fitting groove to form the left and right upper bottom faces 5a, 5b.

FIG. 2 shows a development surface of the corner material shown in FIG. The development paper surface is manufactured by punching a corrugated cardboard into the shape shown in the figure, and is provided with folding lines 11, 11... These bending lines 11, 11... Are similarly formed by compression using a press die. As shown in the drawing, outer surfaces 7, 7 are formed on both sides of the developed paper surface through folding lines 11, 11 around the lower bottom surface 4, and connecting surfaces 9, 9 are bent outside the outer surfaces 7, 7. It is provided via lines 11,11.

By the way, as apparent from the development paper, the widths of the connecting surfaces 9a, 9b formed between the inner side surfaces 6, 6 and the outer side surfaces 7, 7 are different. Therefore, the thickness of the left and right side portions of the corner material is different from each other. The thickness of the corner material is determined by appropriately setting the width of the connecting surfaces 9a and 9b, so that the left and right side thicknesses can be changed. Of course, the protruding length of the support piece is determined according to the width of the connecting surface. When using corners with different side thicknesses, another pair of corners is required.

The corner material of the present invention is manufactured by bending a corrugated cardboard punched into a predetermined shape. The bottom, the side and the back are continuously bent, forming a box shape.
Since it is composed of three surfaces and three surfaces, it is a corner material with high strength and rigidity. Further, the side portion is constituted by an outer side surface and an inner side surface having a space therebetween, and this space can be increased or decreased by changing the width of the connecting surface and the length of the support piece. In other words, the thickness of the side portion can be freely set, and even if there is a protrusion on the surface of the door panel or the like to be packed, a corner material having a side thickness corresponding to the protrusion can be obtained. In addition, this corner material is 1
Since it is manufactured by bending a piece of corrugated cardboard, the number of manufacturing steps is small, and it can be a cheap corner material.
