Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning sheet which has the function of capturing dust and hair using a wiping layer, can remove the wiping layer, and can remove relatively small solid dust using an adhesive layer that appears on a cleaning surface after the wiping layer has been removed. SOLUTION: This cleaning sheet attached to a cleaner when in use has a base material 1 attached to the cleaner and a wiping layer 3 covering the surface of the base material 1 and having a nonwoven fabric or paper that appears on its surface. At least a part of the wiping layer 3 facing a cleaning surface 2 for the subject of cleaning is freely removable from the base material 1, and an adhesive layer 4 provided on the surface of the base material 1 appears on the part from which the wiping layer 3 has been removed. The cleaning sheet can capture dust and easily remove relatively small solid dust through a normal wiping operation.

[0003] JP-A-5-245090 discloses a cleaning article using a nonwoven fabric net. But,
A cleaning sheet such as a non-woven fabric that is wound around these mops can remove hair and cotton dust by entanglement with the fiber, but do not entangle food fragments or other relatively small solid debris. Can not. In addition, dust wiped off by the cleaning sheet cannot be reliably removed by the cleaning sheet, and tends to remain at corners of the floor.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object and an advantage of the present invention is to provide a cleaning sheet which is used by being attached to a cleaning tool. A wiping layer on the surface of which a nonwoven fabric or paper appears, wherein at least a part of the wiping layer located on a cleaning surface facing the object to be cleaned is removable with respect to the substrate, and the wiping layer is removed. The cleaning sheet is characterized in that the adhesive layer provided on the surface of the base material appears in the portion where the cleaning sheet has been formed.

When the cleaning sheet is used in a wiping operation at the time of cleaning, hair, cotton dust, and the like can be removed by entanglement with the fibers in the wiping layer of the nonwoven fabric or paper located on the cleaning surface. Further, when the wiping layer is removed and the adhesive layer appears on the cleaning surface, food debris and other relatively small solid debris can be removed by the adhesive force in the adhesive layer. For example, the floor or the like is wiped using a wiping layer like a broom, and cleaning is performed while collecting relatively small solid debris. Thereafter, the wiping layer is removed, and the exposed adhesive layer is applied to the surface to be cleaned, or by wiping the surface to be cleaned lightly,
The collected relatively small solid dust can be removed by the adhesive layer. Therefore, cleaning can be performed easily and effectively.

Further, it is preferable that the wiping layer be removable at the end of the cleaning surface facing the object to be cleaned. In the wiping operation at the time of cleaning, relatively small solid debris is easily caught on the edge of the cleaning surface. Therefore,
If the adhesive layer appears at the end of the cleaning surface, cleaning can be performed efficiently.

Further, on the cleaning surface facing the object to be cleaned, the wiping layer can be removed at a plurality of locations. By providing a plurality of areas where the wiping layer can be removed, the adhesive layer can be made to appear on the cleaning surface in a step-by-step manner. By removing, a new adhesive material is exposed on the cleaning surface and can be used for cleaning. Depending on the state of the object to be cleaned, it is assumed that even if the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer is lost by cleaning, the function of removing dust on the wiping layer is not reduced. In that case, a different part of the wiping layer is removed to represent a new adhesive layer, and the cleaning sheet can be used continuously.

In this case, on the cleaning surface facing the object to be cleaned, an adhesive layer is provided on the entire surface of the base material,
It is preferable that the wiping layer removably provided on the surface can be cut and separated every predetermined area. By providing the adhesive layer on the entire surface of the substrate, the cleaning sheet can be used effectively without waste.

Further, the cleaning sheet of the present invention may have a form in which a release layer adhered to the adhesive layer is provided on the back surface of the wiping layer to be removed. By providing a release layer between the adhesive layer and the wiping layer, the wiping layer of the nonwoven fabric or paper sticks to the adhesive layer and reduces the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer, or the wiping layer sticks to the adhesive layer and does not easily peel off Can be prevented.

In the cleaning operation of a floor or the like using the cleaning mop 10 shown in FIG. 2, relatively small solid debris is moved to the front or rear end of the cleaning plate 11 in the advancing direction of the cleaning plate 11 in wiping at the time of cleaning. Easy to get together. Therefore, by making the adhesive layer 4 appear at this end, it becomes easy to remove dust and the like wiped by the wiping layer 3c. That is, cleaning is performed a certain number of times without removing the wiping layers 3b and 3c. If the wiping layers 3b and 3b are removed only at the front and rear edges in the direction of movement of the mop when the ability to entangle hair and dust in the wiping layer is reduced, the central wiping layer 3c
The dust that could not be entangled with the adhesive layer 4 can be easily removed by the adhesive layer 4.

FIG. 4A is a perspective view showing another embodiment of the cleaning sheet of the present invention, and FIG.
It is sectional drawing of the B line. In FIG. 4A, the removable wiping layers 3 are arranged in rows with substantially the same width. The space between the wiping layers 3 may be cut off at a perforation or the like, or may be cut in advance at a predetermined width. In this case, any of the wiping layers 3 can be arbitrarily peeled off as needed, and the adhesive layer 4 can be made to appear only at the portion where the wiping layer 3 has been peeled off.

As shown in (a), the wiping layer 3 may be removable in a stripe shape extending obliquely over the entire surface of the substrate.
In order to exhibit both the entanglement ability by the fiber and the dust removal ability by the adhesion, it is preferable that the wiping layer 3d is partially removed from the cleaning surface 2 as shown in FIG. 5B. Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, if the wiping layer 3d can be removed at the four corners of the cleaning surface, dust and the like wiped off by the central wiping layer 3e can be removed by the adhesive layer 4.

As described above, the cleaning sheet of the present invention has a function of entanglement of dust and hair in the wiping layer, and furthermore, the wiping layer can be removed, so that it appears on the cleaning surface after the wiping layer is removed. The adhesive layer removes and cleans relatively small solid debris. In other words, if this cleaning tool is used for wiping work that is usually performed,
A relatively small solid debris is collected while removing dust and the like with the wiping layer, and then the cleaning surface is applied to the surface to be cleaned using an adhesive layer that appears after partially removing the wiping layer used for the wiping operation. Alternatively, by wiping the surface to be cleaned lightly, the collected relatively small solid dust can be removed by the adhesive layer. Therefore, cleaning can be performed easily and effectively.
