【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】本発明は、鶏卵の黄卵を濃いピンク色にし
たものである。
【０００２】従来、鶏卵の黄卵の色は、字のごとく黄色
であった。
【０００３】本発明は、雌鶏の飼育餌の中に赤ピーマン
を細切にして昆入し鶏に与えれば、よく食し、１週間か
ら１０日間で濃いピンク色をした黄身の卵を産卵する。
【０００４】このような濃いピンク色卵で作られる茶碗
蒸し、卵焼き、オムレツ、親子丼等料理は数多くあり又
卵で作られるケーキ、菓子類は親も、子供も、胸ふくら
ます料理であり、この濃いピンク色卵で新しく考案した
料理が、ピクニックさらに弁当のおかず等にも利用され
る。
