Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress partial flow by arranging upstream ends of bent portions of guide vanes parallely to a duct wall, and arranging downstream ends forming angles with respect to the duct wall to be gradually increased from the inner side to the outer side guide vanes. SOLUTION: A sectional area of an upstream side straight pipe part 4 of a bent portion 2 of a duct 3 is smaller than that of a downstream side straight pipe part 5. A guide vane 1 is prepared by bending a platelike member. A guide vane 11 nearest an inner side corner 10 of the bent portion 2 is formed as follows: a tangential line of its upstream end part 11 is substantially parallel to a duct wall 12, and a tangential line of its downstream end part 13 is substantially parallel to a duct wall 14. With respect to each of guide vanes 11 to 12 thereafter, a tangential line of its upstream end part 15 is substantially parallel to the duct wall 12. Downstream end parts 16 are so formed that the tangential lines forming angles with respect to the duct wall 14 to be increased by 5 to 15 degrees. It is thus possible to suppress peel-off of fluid generated on a back side of the guide vane, and suppress generation of spiral flow and partial flow caused by the guide vane to minimum.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a guide vane 101 generally used includes, for example, a guide vane shown in FIG.
This figure shows a duct 102 as a fluid passage and the duct 1
FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing a vertical cross section of a guide vane 101 disposed inside the inside of the guide vane 02. In general, the duct 102 has various shapes such as a cylindrical shape and a rectangular tube shape. As shown by an arrow 103 in the figure, the fluid flows from the upstream side of the duct 102 to the downstream side through the bent portion 104, but generally,
A vortex is generated downstream of the bend, and the flow of the fluid is biased outward, so that a drift occurs. A plurality of plate-shaped guide vanes 101 whose ends are bent are provided inside the bent portion 104 as rectification means for preventing this drift. Upstream end 105 of the guide vanes 101 are formed to be parallel to the upstream side of the duct wall 106 than the bent portion 104 tangent l 1 in longitudinal sectional view thereof, the downstream end 107 thereof a duct wall 108 on the downstream side of the tangent line l 2 is bent portion 104 in longitudinal section are formed in parallel. Also, each guide vane 101 has substantially the same shape, is substantially linearly obliquely upward from the inner corner 109 of the bent portion 104 of the duct 102 toward the outer corner 110, and is spaced at the same interval. It is arranged.

However, as shown in FIG. 6, when the sectional area of the downstream duct 112 is larger than the sectional area of the upstream duct 111, as shown in FIG.
Drift easily occurs, and in the conventional guide vane 101, the flow separates on the back side (right side in the figure) of the guide vane 101, so that a vortex is easily generated, and the drift may be increased rather.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a guide vane according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a vertical cross section of a duct bending portion (bend portion) 2 provided with a guide vane 1 according to the present invention. Usually, there are various types of the duct 3 such as a cylindrical shape and a rectangular tube shape, but this figure shows a rectangular tube shape among the above.
The upstream straight pipe portion 4 is provided at both ends of the bent portion 2 of the duct 3.
And the downstream straight pipe portion 5 are connected to each other, and the cross sectional area of the upstream straight pipe portion 4 is smaller than the cross sectional area of the downstream straight pipe portion 5. Further, the duct wall 6 of the upstream straight pipe portion 4 and the duct wall 7 at the upper part of the bent portion are connected in a substantially straight line,
The duct wall 8 of the downstream straight pipe portion 5 and the duct wall 9 below the bent portion are also connected substantially linearly. In the duct 3 having these configurations, the fluid flows from the upstream straight pipe 4 to the downstream straight pipe 5 through the bend 2.

In order to rectify the flow of the fluid in the bent portion 2, a plurality of guide vanes 1 are provided inside the bent portion 2. The guide vane 1 is obtained by bending a plate-like member, and the shape thereof is gradually changed for each sheet. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, first, the guide vane 1 arranged closest to the inner corner 10 of the duct bent portion 2.
1 of the upstream side end portion 11 is formed substantially parallel to the upstream side of the duct wall 12 of the tangential line L 1 is bend 2, the downstream end portion 13, downstream of the tangential line L 2 is bend 2 It is formed substantially parallel to the side duct wall 14. Upstream end 15 of the inner corner portion 10 of the second and subsequent guide vane 1 2 to 1 n
As shown in FIG. 3, similarly to the guide vanes 1 1, but its tangent L 3 are formed substantially parallel to the upstream side of the duct wall 12, downstream end 16, the tangent L 4 Is formed such that the angle θ formed by the duct wall 14 on the downstream side increases by 5 to 15 °. Therefore, in each guide vane 1, the upstream end portions 11 and 15 are substantially parallel to the duct wall 12 on the upstream side of the bent portion 2, and the downstream end portion 1
3 and 16 are formed so that the opening angle gradually increases toward the outer corner 17 of the bent portion 2. Each of the guide vanes 1 is disposed in a substantially straight line obliquely upward from the inner corner 10 to the outer corner 17 of the bent portion 2 of the duct 3.

In the above embodiment, four guide vanes are shown in FIG. 1, but the number thereof can be increased or decreased according to the cross-sectional area of the upstream straight pipe portion 4. Further, the guide vanes are arranged across the bent portion 2 as shown in FIG. The length and width of the upstream end 11 and the downstream end 13 are as follows:

As described above, according to the guide vane according to the present invention, a plurality of guide vanes are provided at the bent portion of the duct, and in the guide vane for rectifying the fluid, the upstream end portion of the bent portion is disposed facing the fluid. The downstream end of the bent portion is formed so that the angle with the duct wall gradually increases from the inside toward the outside. For this reason, the separation of the fluid generated on the back side of the guide vane can be mitigated, and the generation of vortex and the drift due to the guide vane can be minimized.
