Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the fabrication of a molding by a method in which in an annular void part between the taper mating part at the end of a front pin and a cavity, positioning members are fixed to the pin and/or the cavity, and the width of a ring gate is made to be uniform. SOLUTION: A core pin 3 with a free end is inserted into a cavity 1, a resin is cast in the form of a ring from a ring runner 4 into a molding part 5. 部に複数個の芯合せ部材を先ピン又はキャビテイ何れか
一方又は両方に固定し、リングゲート巾を均一としたこ
とを特徴とする。

垂直面6a下端より中心方向に傾斜した位置合せ斜面6
bを形成し、該位置合せ斜面6bの傾斜に合せてリング
ゲート7を形成している。従って、先ピン2先端とキャ
ビテイ1の先ピン2先端対向部間のリングゲート7の巾
7aは均一になる。

方から出してもよい。

としてあるので、先ピン先端の位置合せ斜面に位置合せ
部材の斜面を当接して芯合せを行うので芯ズレがなくゲ
ート巾が均一となり、偏肉がなく巾が均一な成形品を得
ることができる。
