Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To horizontally hold a tread regardless of a set angle, and facilitate disassembling and assembling by pivoting and connecting a link through a pivot part on upper and lower leg columns to hold a parallel state and constituting a temporarily set staircase. SOLUTION: A staircase body A is constituted so that a pivot part is provided on upper and lower leg columns 1 comprising steel-made pipe material to pivot and connect a link and right and left leg columns are connected with a connection rod at upper, middle and lower three points. A tread B is constituted so that a gauze is stretched on a frame body, a locking groove provided on the frame body is fitted to the pivot part of the leg column 1, and the non- slip member 8 of a thumbscrew and the like is inserted in the frame body of the link and the tread B to be fixed. A foot part 10 is rotatably attached to the lower end of the staircase body A, and a leg column joint is inserted in the leg column 1 to vertically connect the staircase body A. In addition, a fitting for handrail attaching 13 is attached to the leg column 1. Thus, the tread B is horizontally held regardless of the set angle of the staircase body A, and disassembling and assembling are easy.

The temporary stairs provided so far are generally designed such that the tread is horizontal when installed at an angle of about 38 °, which is generally easy to ascend and descend, and has a fixed length. It is configured so that it cannot be adjusted for expansion and contraction. Even if the temporary stairs have a fixed length, if the floor height of the temporary stairs installation location varies, the variation of the floor height can be dealt with by changing the installation angle. It is dangerous because horizontality is lost.

The rib functions as a rib for enhancing the bending strength of the tread plate B, and it is sufficient that the protrusion width is, for example, about 30 to 50 mm, which is about the same as the link width. If the projection width is about 30 to 50 mm, the locking groove 7 can be formed with a sufficient depth.

When assembling the stairs, in the state shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, as shown by a virtual line in FIG. 1, the tread plate B is inserted into the space between the legs 1, 1, and the links 1 c, 1 c to be attached are attached. After being located on the upper floor, a set of four locking grooves 7 is locked to the set of four locking projections 4 provided on the link 1c, 1c side, and after locking, the set is provided on the link 1c. By rotating the retaining member 8, for example, a thumbscrew, and inserting the tip end thereof into the insertion hole 9 of the tread plate side plate portion 6 b, the attachment of the tread plate B is completed. The retaining member 8 may be of a push type.

Hereinafter, the temporary stairs of the present invention can be obtained by attaching the tread plate B to the link portion of each step in the same manner. As shown in FIG. 7, when the temporary staircase of the present invention is installed at an angle, the weight of the tread plate B is applied in the direction of pressing the locking groove 7 against the locking projection 4 and is inserted into the insertion hole 9 of the tread plate side plate portion 6b. Since the provided retaining member 8 functions as a retainer for the upper part of the step board B, there is no danger that the step board B comes off the stair body A, and the step board B can be stably and reliably moved with respect to the stair body A by a simple operation. Can be mounted and fixed.

FIGS. 8A and 8B show an inclined installation state of the temporary staircase of the present invention, wherein FIG. 8A is 30 °, FIG. 8B is 45 °, and FIG.
Each of the above shows a state where the floor is inclined at 0 °. By changing the inclination installation angle in this way, even if the height of the floor changes due to the progress of the construction, etc., it is possible to easily and easily cope with the change of the floor height. it can. Further, even if various inclination installation angles are selected, the tread plate B can maintain the parallel state based on the parallelogram link structure.
