記被検査部材の開口での気密性を検査する気密検査装置
において、 前記被検査部材の開口に装着されたグロメットのリップ
部内周に、前記被検査部材の一側から気密に挿入可能で
あって、かつ、その先端面に気流路が凹設された円柱状
のシール治具と、 前記被検査部材の一側に気密検査用の高圧流体を導入す
る手段とを具備し、 前記リップ部の先端部を被検査部材の他側に向けてグロ
メットが装着された状態では前記シール治具の先端の外
周エッジ部がリップ部の内周面に気密に当接し、 前記リップ部の先端部を被検査部材の一側に向けてグロ
メットが装着された状態では前記シール治具の先端面が
