Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject detergent slight in load of cleaning operation, safe to elderly persons and children due to increase in cleaning action on bathtub and simplicity in cleaning method, comprising a peroxide and an acyl group- containing activator. SOLUTION: This detergent comprises (A) a peroxide (preferably sodium percarbonate) and (B) an acyl group-containing activator (preferably tetraacetylethylenediamine) in the ratio of preferably 85-95wt.% of the component A and 5-15wt.% of the component B. Preferably, the addition of a nonionic surfactant and/or an anionic surfactant can increase the dispersibility of the active ingredients. A polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, etc., preferable as the nonionic surfactant and an alkylbenzenesulfonate is preferable as the anionic surfactant. The objective detergent is preferably used in a method in which 10-20g of the detergent is dissolved in 200L of water in a bathtub, allowed to stand for 1-24 hours, discharged and then inner walls in the bathtub are washed with water.

2. Description of the Related Art In Japan, it is common for the whole family to bathe in the same bath water.
It is quite dirty with scale. Conventional main bath cleaners are:
It is mainly composed of a nonionic surfactant. Usually, the cleaning operation is performed by a method in which the cleaning agent is attached to a sponge or the like and the inner wall of the bathtub is physically rubbed. However, this washing operation, particularly the washing operation of the bottom of the bathtub, requires the user to bend down and work, which is a serious and sometimes dangerous operation for the elderly and children. In addition, such a cleaning method also has a disadvantage that unwashed portions are easily generated.

Means for Solving the Problems The present inventors have paid attention to the bleaching and cleaning action of peroxide, and as a result of repeated studies, the combination of peroxide and a specific compound enhances the cleaning action of the bathtub. The present inventors have found that the cleaning method is simple and the like, and have completed the present invention. That is, one of the present invention is a bathtub detergent containing a peroxide and an activator having an acyl group, and the mixing ratio of each is preferably 80 to 99% by weight of a peroxide, and Activator having an acyl group is 1 to 20% by weight. A preferred peroxide and an activator having a preferred acyl group are sodium percarbonate and tetraacetylethylenediamine, respectively. It is preferable to further add a nonionic surfactant and / or an anionic surfactant to the above components. Another aspect of the present invention is that before the bath water is drained from the bathtub, the cleaning agent is put into the bathtub and left as it is for 1 to 24 hours. Then, the bathwater is drained, and the inner wall of the bathtub is discharged and washed. A method for cleaning a bath tub.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The bath cleaner of the present invention can be prepared by blending a peroxide and an activator having an acyl group. The peroxide of the present invention is preferably hydrogen peroxide, sodium percarbonate, sodium perborate, sodium sulfate / sodium chloride / hydrogen peroxide adduct, potassium monopersulfate double salt, or the like. The remaining hot water of the bath is often reused as washing water, but the remaining hot water of the bath to which the detergent of the present invention has been added can also be used as the washing water without any problem. When an alkaline peroxide is used as the peroxide, it has the effect of increasing the detergency during washing. As the peroxide, sodium percarbonate, sodium perborate, or the like is preferable, and from the viewpoint of solubility of the peroxide, etc. Sodium percarbonate is most preferred. The mixing ratio of these peroxides is preferably 80 to 99% by weight, and more preferably 85 to 95% by weight.

The activator having an acyl group of the present invention is
Bleach, or a compound having an acyl group used as an activator for sterilization, preferably, tetraacetylethylenediamine, pentaacetylglucose, and acyloxybenzene sulfonate, and the like,
More preferably, it is tetraacetylethylenediamine. The compounding ratio of these activators having an acyl group is preferably 1 to 20% by weight, more preferably 5 to 20% by weight.
1515% by weight. If the amount of the activator having an acyl group is less than 1% by weight, a sufficient cleaning effect cannot be obtained. If the amount exceeds 20% by weight, the pH of the remaining hot water in the bath may be lowered, and the cleaning may be carried out. Decrease the effect. The form of the bathtub cleaner of the present invention is in the form of powder, granules, tablets or the like.

Although the mechanism of action of the present invention is not clear, the peroxide reacts with an activator having an acyl group to produce a peracid having a strong oxidizing and bactericidal activity. It is presumed that they attack such as cause their adhesion to be lost. Further, it is considered that this peracid also contributes to the disinfection effect and the deodorization effect of the bath water.

The method of using the bathtub cleaning agent of the present invention may be such that after bathing, the cleaning agent is put into the bathtub before the bath water is drained, and left as it is. Specifically, the detergent is preferably added to a bathtub at a ratio of 5 to 50 g / 200 liter-bath water, more preferably 10 to 20 g / 200 liter-bath water, and dissolved in the bath. After leaving for a while
Drain the bath water and then wash the inside of the bathtub with water.
When washing with water, there is no particular need to rub with a sponge or the like. In the bathtub cleaner of the present invention, if desired, inorganic salts, chelating agents, coloring agents, enzymes, as long as the object of the present invention is not hindered.
Alternatively, additives such as fragrances can be added and contained.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Twenty liters of bath water after five people take a bath are placed in a plastic container. Then, a cleaning agent having the composition shown in Table 1 was added and dissolved, and the mixture was allowed to stand for 12 hours. Thereafter, the number of general bacteria in the bath water, the odor of the bath water, and the state of the slime on the inner wall of the container were observed. The amount of the detergent added is as shown in Table 1. In addition, the state of slime is
Judgment was made by rubbing the side of the container with a finger. <State of slime> XX: There is considerable slime, and scale is left at the bottom. X: There is considerable slime. Δ: Slight slime is present. :: There is no slime at all.
