なかったものを合格とする。各サンプルについて５本ず

脂を５．０〜２０．０重量％と、下記（Ｂ）で表される
流動油分から選択される一種または二種以上を１．０〜
１５．０重量％とを配合することを特徴とするペンシル
状化粧料。 （Ａ）Ｒ3ＳｉＯ1/2単位およびＳｉＯ2単位からなり、
平均式： 【化１】ＲnＳｉＯ(4-n)/2 （式中、Ｒは炭素数１〜６までの炭化水素基またはフェ
ニル基を表し、ｎは１．０から１．８までの値を表
す。）である有機シリコーン樹脂。 （Ｂ）２−エチルヘキサン酸セチル、 トリイソステアリン酸グリセリル、 ジカプリン酸ネオペンチルグリコール、 イソステアリルアルコールリンゴ酸ジエステル、 トリメチロールプロパントリイソオクタノエート、 イソオクタン酸トリグリセリド、 ペンタエリスリトールテトライソオクタノエート、 パルミチン酸オクチル、 クエン酸アセチルトリブチル、 ジメチルポリシロキサン（6〜5000cs）、 メチルフェニルポリシロキサン。1.
