2. Description of the Related Art In a marine structure such as a breakwater, a quay wall, a seawall of a landfill, etc., for example, when constructing a marine structure 1 such as a breakwater as shown in FIG. The rubble mound 4 is constructed at the height of the rubble mound, and the caisson 2 is installed after leveling the upper surface of the rubble mound 4. Although the caisson 2 is made of concrete or steel, the concrete or steel plate forming the bottom of the caisson has the property of slipping easily against the stone on the top of the rubble mound, so that the caisson moves due to the pressure of the waves. In order to prevent this, a mat member 5 for increasing friction is mounted on the lower surface of the caisson.

As the mat member 5, in general, an asphalt mat is often used, and by utilizing the plasticity and elasticity of the asphalt mat, the lower surface of the asphalt mat is deformed by the unevenness of the upper surface of the rubble mound. However, the contact area of the lower surface of the mat with the unevenness of the rubble mound can be increased, and the mat can be in close contact with the bottom surface of the caisson. Instead of the asphalt mat, as shown in JP-B-56-51246, the friction resistance of the caisson on the upper surface of the rubble mound is determined by a disc-shaped rubber mat attached to the bottom of the caisson at a predetermined interval. It is also known to increase the pressure and to keep the caisson stable and to respond to the pressure of waves and the like.

In this example, a rib vertically protruding from a plate member embedded in a disk-shaped rubber mat member is combined with a reinforcing bar or the like disposed at the bottom of a concrete caisson and attached integrally with the poured concrete. I am trying to. However, in the case of the conventional rubber mat, the configuration of the rubber mat is complicated, and the protruding ribs hinder the storage and transportation of the rubber mat, and the work of combining with the reinforcing bar is complicated. is there. Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No.
As shown in FIG. 14, in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2 (1999), a cylindrical body 7 formed by internally threading a female screw on an inner surface of a rubber mat 6 in which an inner layer made of recycled rubber is covered with solid rubber is integrally disposed. A bolt member 8 or the like is attached to the shape body 7 and buried in the concrete of the caisson bottom 2a, or a means such as combining with a reinforcing bar via the bolt is used.
A rubber mat combined with a caisson has also been proposed.

However, FIG.
In the rubber mat as shown in (1), the attachment member such as the cylindrical body 7 attached to the rubber mat member is integrally attached to the rubber mat member via an adhesive, but a force for moving the rubber mat member in the lateral direction with respect to the rubber mat. Has a problem that the cylindrical body easily comes off. Such a problem is due to the fact that when wave pressure is applied to the caisson, a force acts to move the rubber mat laterally along the bottom surface of the caisson. Also,
This is particularly likely to occur when block-shaped rubber mats are arranged at intervals on the bottom plate of a caisson disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-51246 of the above-described conventional example, and the adhesion of the rubber mat member to the bottom plate can be sufficiently exhibited. Have difficulty.

[0006] When the mat member is arranged on the entire lower surface of the caisson, the mat member is largely peeled off because the mat member largely acts on the lateral force applied to the caisson. It is considered relatively small. However, with the conventional fixing means, the mounting work on the structure can be easily performed, there are no protrusions that hinder the transportation and storage of the rubber mat, and the members fixed to the bottom surface of the structure do not come off. Therefore, development of a new attachment means is desired.

Embodiment 2 Using the lower mold of the rubber mat molding die used in Embodiment 1 above and having a fitting pin for holding the holding member attached thereto, combining the mounting member shown in FIG. A mat member as shown in FIG. 11 was prepared. A joined body using a steel plate 16 having a width and a length of 15 cm and a thickness of 6 mm as a mounting member, and a 12 mm-long steel hexagonal nut having a female screw engraved on an inner diameter thereof at a right angle. Was used. In the joined body, as in the case of the first embodiment, the surface portion in contact with the rubber is subjected to a roughening treatment, an adhesive is applied, and the inner diameter of the nut is fitted to the fitting pin of the mold. The pitch W1 of the width, the pitch L1 in the length direction, and the distances L2 and W2 from the ends were set in the same manner as in Example 1. The inside of the mold was filled with a compounded rubber made of a reclaimed rubber, heated and pressurized and vulcanized to obtain a mat member 10 in which female threads of a long nut were opened on the rubber mat surface.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the mounting member for mounting the mat member to the structure is integrally bonded to the mat member and the mounting member is held. Because it is joined to the member,
The holding member can prevent the attachment member from falling out of the mat. In the second aspect of the present invention, as the holding member, a mat reinforcing member buried inside the mat member is used, and the mounting member is fixed to the mat reinforcing member, and the lateral pressure applied to the mounting member is supported by the entire mat. Thus, the holding performance of the mounting member can be maintained. Further, in the third invention of the present invention, a holding member constituted by a combination of a plate, a mold piece or a rod is joined to the outer periphery or the end face of the mounting member. With this configuration, the holding member can have the holding force of the holding member that is long and buried and integrated in the mat member, so that the mounting member can be prevented from coming off the mat due to the lateral pressure.
