Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning the surface of a bathroom or a bathtub of a hot spring water. SOLUTION: A slurry detergent for exclusive use in a hot spring is formed of 50wt.% diatomaceous earth having <=50μm average particle diameter, a surfactant, aluminum sulfate, a phosphate and 15wt.% water. The resultant detergent is applied to a scrubbing brush, a waste cloth, etc., to rub a bathtub made of a Japanese cypress or a tile floor surface immersed in a hot spring water. An invisible fretting scar is formed on the surface of the Japanese cypress by embrittling and peeling properties of the diatomaceous earth particles to peel a viscous film firmly sticking thereto. Since the particle diameter of the distomaceous earth particles is reduced without shredding the diatomaceous earth particles, the cleaning is sufficiently carried out to form a fine and shallow fretting scar and the viscous film is surely removed without causing the so-called scarring on the surface.

2. Description of the Related Art Various cations and anions and complex ions are dissolved in hot spring water, and these cohesive adhesive substances (hereinafter referred to as viscous films) adhere to the surface of a bathtub or the like. It is not possible to remove this viscous film chemically adsorbed on the surface only by rubbing with a scourer or the like. Detergents such as soap cannot be used in hot spring water because of dissolved ions. This viscous film is dangerous because it easily slides on the bathtub surface and floor surface.

At hot spring inns in various places, a large amount of labor and cost are required for cleaning bathtubs and bathroom floors, but cleaning is insufficient due to relying on physical peeling such as scourers. . In particular, corrosion caused by the coagulated substance and moisture is promoted on the cypress bathtub and cypress floor. If a chlorine-based or volatile detergent is used, this coagulated substance can be removed to some extent, but a chemical reaction product with dissolved ions deposits on the floor surface or the like. In addition, the enclosed bathroom is filled with volatiles, leading to a poor working environment. The present invention provides a method for safely and easily cleaning a bathroom, and will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION A surfactant composed of 50% by weight of a diatomaceous earth particle having an average particle size of 50 μm or less and a linear alkylbenzene sulfonate and a fatty acid alkanolamide.
% By weight, a phosphate, a stabilizer such as bansulfate, and water to form a slurry-like hot spring cleaning agent, which is applied to a rag or scrub, and applied to a bathtub or floor. Apply and rub to decompose and remove the viscous film adhering to the floor surface. Fine porous diatomaceous earth particles such as pumice stones are not cut off when subjected to an external force, but their surface is scraped off and the particle diameter gradually decreases. Due to this fragile peeling property, a minimum amount of scratch marks can be obtained without damaging the wood or tile surface more than necessary.
At the same time, the surfactant or phosphate soaked into the porous diatomaceous earth particles decompose the viscous film and clean the surface of the tile or the like. Fragile peelability employing diatomaceous earth particles is a feature of the present invention. A viscous film adhering to the surface of a tile or the like cannot be easily peeled off only by rubbing with a scrub.

EXAMPLE 55% by weight of diatomaceous earth particles having an average particle size of 10 μm, 18% by weight of a surfactant composed of linear alkylbenzene sulfonate and fatty acid alkanolamide, phosphate, 1% by weight of bansulfate, A chelating agent, such as sodium gluconate, and 15% by weight of water are blended to form a slurry-type cleaning agent exclusively for hot springs. Bansulfate reacts with the chelating agent to form crosslinks, resulting in a stable dispersion. A viscous film is firmly adhered to the bathtub and bathroom floor of Yumoto Onsen and Atami Onsen in Hakone and cannot be removed by ordinary cleaning.
Apply the above hot spring exclusive agent to a rag or scrubber and rub the floor. No harmful substances such as chlorine gas are generated. The brittle exfoliation of diatomaceous earth particles is the best result for cleaning the easily-damaged hinoki cypress surface, and the surface is apparently scratched while reliably removing the viscous film chemically adsorbed on the hinoki surface. There is no. Diatomaceous earth particles wear without shredding and reduce the particle size. The shredded particles are sharp and damage the cypress surface more than necessary. A feature of the present invention is that diatomaceous earth particles exhibiting brittle peeling properties are employed as the abrasive. It was demonstrated that not only the hinoki surface, but also the tile surface and the water tap could withstand practicality as well.

In short, the present invention has an average particle size of 50 μm.
In the following, diatomaceous earth particles having brittle peeling properties, a surfactant, a phosphate, a stabilizer such as bansulfate, and water are combined to form a cleaning agent exclusively for hot springs. Apply it to a scourer, rub it against a bathtub or floor, and remove the viscous film adhering to the floor surface. Then the cleaning surface is not scratched. Since the viscous film is removed, corrosion of the cypress bath and the like is suppressed, and there is no danger such as slipping of the user.
