Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boring tool for replanting good in root taking of a replanted seedling without compacting the bottom of a hole by opening the lower end of a vertically directed pipe, forming an inserting port and installing a discharging port in a lateral face thereof. SOLUTION: This boring tool for replanting is obtained by fixing a T-shaped handle 7 at the tip of a vertically directed pipe 6 having a somewhat smaller diameter than that of a hole 1b, opening the lower end of the vertically directed pipe 6 (preferably a blade formed at the edge thereof), forming an inserting port 6a and further arranging a discharging port 6b in a lateral face thereof. Furthermore, the boring tool for replanting is preferably equipped with a hook- shaped guide groove 8 in a position at a somewhat high level in the lateral face of the pipe 6 and an extruding rod 9 attached into the interior of the pipe 6 to be vertically movable therein.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Referring to the drawings, as shown in FIG. 3, a handle 7 is fixed to the upper end of a pipe 6 slightly smaller than the hole 1b in a T-shape. The lower end of the pipe 6 is opened (preferably, a blade is formed on the edge thereof), and the insertion port 6 is opened.
a, and a discharge port 6b is provided on the side surface. A hook-shaped guide groove 8 is provided at a position slightly above the side surface of the pipe 6,
A push rod 9 is mounted in the pipe 6 so as to be able to move up and down, and a pin 9 a fixed to the push rod 9 enters the guide groove 8.
When the pin 9a is positioned (hung) on the horizontal portion 8a above the guide groove 8, the lower end of the push rod 9 comes above the discharge port 6b, and the pin 9a is positioned on the lower end of the vertical portion 8b. The lower end of the push rod 9 projects slightly below the insertion port 6a. When a hole is made in the floor soil 2, the pin 9a is used by hanging it on the horizontal portion 8a.

That is, when there is a pot 1a in which seedlings have not grown, the pipe 6 is inserted into the floor soil 2 from the hole 1b to a predetermined depth. Then, the soil below the insertion port 6a enters the pipe 6. When the pipe 6 is pulled out of the pot 1a, the cylindrical soil in the pipe 6 is torn off at the lower end and pulled up together with the pipe 6 from the pot 1a. As for the highly viscous floor soil 2, after inserting the pipe 6 into the pot 1a, if the pipe 6 is slightly tilted back and forth and left and right, or the pipe 6 is slightly turned, the cylindrical soil in the pipe 6 is removed. The lower end is cut off.

Subsequently, the pipe 6 is similarly inserted into the next pot 1a where no seedling has grown. Then, pipe 6
Is held up by the next soil and discharged out of the pipe 6 from the outlet 6b. Thus, the hole 2b can be continuously formed in the floor soil 2 only by pushing the pipe 6 into the floor soil 2 from the hole 1b. Since the hole 2b is formed by removing the soil in a cylindrical shape and is not compacted as in the prior art, the seedling to be soft-bottomed and replanted is satisfactorily established.
