Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a production process for elastic nonwoven fabric which is simple and causes no wrinkle on the surface of the product. SOLUTION: Molten elastic rubber is printed on nonwoven fabric extended in the running direction in a variety of shapes, for example, stripes parallel to the face of the nonwoven fabric, cross network or randomly irregular shape and the nonwoven fabric is soaked with the molten elastic rubber. Then, the molten rubber is coagulated to make the nonwoven fabric elastically stretchable in a single direction.

2. Description of the Related Art Nonwoven fabrics are classified into two types: non-elastic nonwoven fabrics and elastic nonwoven fabrics. A method of manufacturing an elastic nonwoven fabric includes a method in which a stretched elastic yarn is sandwiched in a fiber during a nonwoven fabric weaving process, or a rubber film or a rubber net produced by heating and melting is sandwiched in a two-layer nonwoven fabric. Thus, the stretchable nonwoven fabric is provided with elasticity that can expand and contract. However, the nonwoven fabrics manufactured by the above two methods formed wrinkles on the cloth surface due to the recovery shrinkage action of the elastic yarn or rubber film (net), which had a great effect on the value of the product.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a method for producing an elastic nonwoven fabric, which comprises stretching a nonwoven fabric first, and then forming a parallel strip, cross net or non-woven fabric on the nonwoven fabric surface. It is possible to unidirectionally stretch the nonwoven fabric by printing melt elastic rubber on various forms such as irregular shapes of directionality, infiltrating the melt elastic rubber into the fibers of the nonwoven fabric, and condensing the melt elastic rubber. It is a way to give a property.

FIG. 1 is a flowchart of a method of manufacturing an elastic nonwoven fabric provided by the present invention. In the first step, the already woven nonwoven fabric 1 (see FIG. 2) is first stretched by an apparatus (see FIG. 2). 3), in a second step, various types of elastic rubber 2 are printed on the already stretched nonwoven fabric 1 by a general printing method, for example, screen printing, roller printing, or other printing methods. The elastic rubber 2 is made of polyurethane, synthetic rubber or other material, and is in a molten state by heating or adding a chemical agent. The elastic rubber 2 is printed on the nonwoven fabric 1 in a cross-net form (FIG. 4), a parallel strip form (FIG. 5), or a non-directional irregular form (FIG. 6).
Is allowed to penetrate into the fibers of the nonwoven fabric 1 and the molten elastic rubber 2 is allowed to set, and then the nonwoven fabric 1 is given a unidirectional elastic expansion and contraction along a direction perpendicular to the original stretching direction, and the original stretching is performed. It shall not elastically expand and contract in the direction.
