Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To announce the position and safe respiration of a diver to an external person by a method wherein when diving swimming is performed without an oxygen cylinder, confirmation of safety of a water depth togetherwith safe respiration is practicable, a snorkel forms a rescue float during the occurrence of emergency. SOLUTION: A hose 2 is connected to a snorkel and coupled to a float part. The float part is formed such that the upper part of the float is covered with a top cover having vent holes and safe respiration is practicable as entrance of water to the hose 8 is prevented from occurring. Safety of water depth is announced by setting the length of the hose. Further, by mounting a rotary display unit, the safe respiration state of a diver is announced to an external person togetherwith the position of a diver.

[0001] The present invention extends the enjoyment of diving swimming, enables safe breathing without an oxygen cylinder, and enables confirmation of water depth.
In an emergency, it is a snorkel that can help save lives and allow outsiders to monitor the safety of divers.

[0002] Conventional snorkels stop breathing and dive when there is no oxygen cylinder, and return to the water surface when they suffer. At that time, it is often difficult to breathe by sucking the water in the snorkel. Also, when you try to get up, you may have come to an unexpectedly deep place and feel danger. Furthermore, neither the position nor the safety status of the diver can be monitored for outsiders.

The present invention eliminates the hassle of ascending during breathing, prevents water from entering the snorkel, enables safe breathing, and confirms whether the water depth at a dive point is within a safe limit, and drowns. When it is hit, the life of the diver is relieved, and an outsider can see the position of the diver at a glance and monitor the safety of the diver's breathing.

[0004] As shown in FIG. 1, a hose is connected to a conventional snorkel, and is connected to the floating portion 1 of the present invention.
You can breathe freely while diving. In addition, if the length of the hose 2 is determined according to the height of the user and it is confirmed that the user touches the bottom of the water without feeling the attraction due to the buoyancy of the floating part during diving,
The water depth at that point can be recognized as within safety. Also, if the snorkel and the diver are tied with a string 3, the float can be pulled and used as a life-saving float when drowning, and the position of the diver can be seen at a glance by an outsider. Furthermore, what is shown in FIG. 3 is a sign 9 which rotates with the diver's breathing. By attaching a reflector, it is also possible to inform a distant person outside of the diver's safe breathing state. Note that a conventional snorkel preferably has a valve that separates intake and exhaust.

According to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, vent holes 6 and 7 are provided in a canopy 5 overlaid on a float 4 to prevent water from entering the hose 2 by waves or splashes while freely. It is designed to be able to breathe. If the length of the hose 2 is determined according to the height of the diver, the danger of the water depth can be notified to the float. The diver dive while confirming that he can touch the water bottom without being pulled by the buoyancy from the buoy. It is a matter of course that the present invention plays a role as a lifesaving float in an emergency, and the buoy informs an external person of the position of a diver in normal times. Further, FIG.
Is a propeller that rotates by the diver's breathing. By attaching a turning indicator 9 with the propeller, it is possible to externally monitor the safe breathing state of the diver.
