Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.化石燃料(B)を燃焼する多数の燃焼器(5)を有する燃焼室(6)を備え 、その気密囲壁(2)が少なくともほぼ縦型に走るように配置された蒸発管(4 )により形成され、この蒸発管に流体が下から上に向かって貫流する貫流ボイラ の起動方法において、蒸発器スループット(VD)が燃焼器(5)或いはその各 々に単位時間当たり供給される燃料量に関連して設定され、その際蒸発器スルー プット(VD)は燃焼室(6)における燃焼熱出力(FW)に比例して設定され ることを特徴とする貫流ボイラの起動方法。 2.起動行程の開始時に100%負荷におけるスループット(全負荷スループッ ト)の15%以下の、好ましくは10%以下の蒸発器(4)の最小スループット が設定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.蒸発器スループット(VD)が燃焼熱出力(FW)と共に均一に時間的に上 昇するように設定されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4.全負荷スループットに関する百分率の蒸発器スループット(VD)が全負荷 スループットに関する百分率の燃焼熱出力(FW)に等しいバンド幅(BD)内 で設定されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の方法。 5.バンド幅(BD)が非対称であり、百分率蒸発器スループット(VD)の百 分率燃焼熱出力(FW)からの偏倚(Ao、Au)が上に向かって全負荷スループ ットの3%乃至8%、下に向かって2%乃至3%が許容されていることを特徴と する請求項4記載の方法。 6.化石燃料(B)を燃焼する多数の燃焼器(5)を有する燃焼室(6)を備え 、その気密囲壁(2)が少なくともほぼ縦型に走るように配置された蒸発管(4 )により形成され、この蒸発管に流体が下から上に向かって貫流する貫流ボイラ の 起動装置において、蒸発管(4)に単位時間当たり供給される流体(S)の量を 燃焼器(5)或いはその各々に単位時間当たり供給される燃料量に関連して設定 する調節器(54)を備えることを特徴とする貫流ボイラの起動装置。 7.調節器(54)が蒸発管(4)に通ずる給水管(17)に接続された制御素 子(34、38)及び給水管(17)に接続された第一の流量測定センサ(40 )並びに燃焼器(5)或いはその各々に通ずる燃料配管(44)に接続された第 二の流量測定センサ(42)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の 装置。
