Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.生体内に移植するための生物学的に得られた生体材料、この生体材料はホス ト生物の体内において実質的に不溶性でありそして不可逆的にそれに結合された 、該生体材料基質を安定化しかつ石灰化部位をブロックして該生体材料基質を生 体内病理学的石灰化に対して耐性とするために有効な量のエポキシド架橋剤を有 している。 2.該エポキシド架橋剤がジグリシジルブタンジオールエステル、エタンジオー ルジグリシジルエステル、ブタンジオールジグリシジルエーテルおよび4乃至6 個の炭素原子を有するポリグリセロールポリグリシジルエーテルからなる群から 選択された低分子量エポキシドである請求項1記載の生体材料。 3.該エポキシド架橋剤がポリエポキシドである請求項2記載の生体材料。 4.該生物学的に得られた生体材料が、エポキシ官能基と反応性のある生体材料 の部位においてそれに共有結合された、ポリエポキシド:多官能性石灰化防止剤 のモノ付加物をさらに含有しており、該石灰化防止剤はエポキシ官能基と反応す るタイプの少なくとも1つの官能基を有している請求項1または3記載の生体材 料。 5.該生物学的に得られる生体材料基質がウシ囲心腔、ブタ大動脈弁尖頭、伏在 静脈バイパス移植片、大動脈同種移植片および硬膜からなる群から選択される請 求項1または4記載の生体材料。 6.生体補完組織を、10よりも大きいpH価において該生体補完組織の架橋が 可能となる十分な時間、エポキシド架橋剤の溶液中で培養することからなる生体 補完組織を処理する方法。 7.該エポキシド架橋剤がジグリシジルブタンジオールエステル、エタンジオー ルジグリシジルエステル、ブタンジオールジグリシジルエーテルおよび4乃至6 個の炭素原子を有するポリグリセロールポリグリシジルエーテルからなる群 から選択された低分子量エポキシドである請求項6記載の方法。 8.該架橋が可能となる十分な時間が約24時間乃至21日間である請求項6記 載の方法。 9.生体補完組織を、生理学的pH価において該生体補完組織の架橋が可能とな る十分な時間、エポキシド架橋剤及び触媒の溶液の中で培養することからなる生 体補完組織を処理する方法。 10.該触媒が第三または第四アミンである請求項9記載の方法。 11.該触媒がトリス及びイミダゾールからなる群から選択される請求項9記載の 方法。 12.下記工程からなる生体補完組織を処理する方法: (a)多官能性石灰化防止剤及びポリエポキシドのモノ付加物をポリエポキ シドの過剰量を使用して生成させ; (b)そのモノ付加物を水で希釈し;そして (c)該モノ付加物の希釈された水性溶液で生体補完組織を、該組織を架橋 しかつ該生体補完組織をエポキシ官能基と反応性のある生物材料の部位において ポリホスホナート石灰化防止剤で不可逆的に誘導体化するために十分な時間処理 する。 13.該多官能性石灰化防止剤がエポキシ官能基と反応するタイプの少なくとも1 つの官能基を有している請求項12記載の生体補完組織を処理する方法。 14.該多官能性石灰化防止剤がポリホスホナートである請求項12記載の生体補 完組織を処理する方法。
