ネクタイ包装具
本発明は、ネクタイを貯蔵および輸送することを目的にすると共に外周支持部
と半径方向支持部との両者を形成するネクタイ包装具に関するものである。
ネクタイはしばしば相当な長さを有し、したがって殆どの包装具ではネクタイ
を折畳み状態で貯蔵および輸送する必要がある。
かくして生ずる皺は極めてしばしば、その後にネクタイを包装から出して使用
する際に見えるようになる。
この問題は、多数のネクタイを限られた空間を有するスーツケースに包装せね
ばならない場合、一般に折畳みおよび皺に対する保護がなければ特に移動中に生
ずる。さらに分配チェーンの異なる段階でも、この種の問題が生ずる。
米国特許第５，１８１，６７０号には、ネクタイを貯蔵するための貯蔵装置が
開示されている。この装置は１個もしくは２個のスリットと蓋とを有するケース
を備え、第１および第２ネクタイロッドを蓋に接続する。この装置は主として２
つに折畳んだネクタイの貯蔵を目的とする。この解決策の１つの欠点は、ロール
が２本のロッドのため丸くなく楕円となり、第２層がずっと狭いネタタイ部分を
収容するのでネクタイの充分な支持部が存在し
ない点にある。
したがって本発明の目的は、下側の層から良好な支持にて折畳まずに、しかも
限られた空間内に貯蔵しうるようネクタイの貯蔵を可能にするネクタイ包装具を
得ることにある。
他の目的は、ネクタイを充分保護すると共に使用が簡単かつ製造が安価である
包装具を得ることにある。
これらおよび他の目的を実現するため、本発明は請求の範囲に記載した特徴を
有する。
添付図面にて本発明の二三の具体例を実施例として例示する。
図１は本発明による新規なネクタイ包装具の第１実施例の部分断面側面図であ
り、
図２は図１による包装具の端面図であり、
図３は本発明による第２実施例の縦断面図である。
図１〜図２に示したネクタイ包装具は一般に参照符号１で示されるドラムを備
え、このドラムは好ましくは軸方向に延びた浸入スリット３を有する中空ハブ２
を有する。ドラムのフランジは、その半径方向延長部の第１部分４ａ、４ｂにて
ハブに対し実質的に垂直に延びるが、ドラムの中心から段付もしくは湾曲輪郭を
有しうる部分５ａ、５ｂまでの距離で変化し、ドラムの回転軸線に対し平行で、
第１部分５ａにおける点から出発して他方の部分５ｂにおける点で終端するライ
ンが、ドラムの中心からのこの線の距離が後記するように増大する長さを有
するよう構成される。
図示した実施例における一方のフランジ４ｂの部分５ｂは円筒状部分６まで変
化し、次いで若干大きい円筒状部分７まで変化する。
前記フランジ４ｂの端面には１個もしくはそれ以上のノッチ８を配置する。
さらに図１〜図２によるネクタイ包装具は一般に参照符号９で示された円筒状
ゲーブルを備え、中央配置されたシャフト１０を有し、これにドラム１を旋回自
在に枢支する。前記ゲーブルにおけるノッチ１１にはシャフト１２を配置し、そ
の周囲にレバー１３を旋回自在に枢支し、このレバーをバネ（図示せず）により
図１に示した位置に保持する。レバーをその自由端部の近くで枢支し、したがっ
て図面に示したようにレバーの上側部分は人が指によりレバーを図１に破線で示
した位置までスイングさせる際の作動手段を構成する。さらに図１から見られる
ように、レバーは好ましくは作動位置にてドラムの部分６に当接するが、意図す
る目的につき任意適する形態を有することもできる。
ネクタイを参照符号１４で示し、チューブ状の好ましくは透明なスリーブを参
照符号１５で示す。このスリーブは、図１による作動位置にてドラム上に押圧す
ることを目的とする。
ここに説明したネクタイ包装具は次のように作動する。ネクタイを包装するた
め、最初にスリーブ１５を外し、
これは図１においては下方向に押し下げして行われる。前記スリーブ１５は好ま
しくは公知方法にて作動位置に保持するためゲーブル９における対応突出部と連
携するアンダーカットを備えることができる。かくしてゲーブル９はレバー１３
が破線により示される受入れ位置までスイングするよう保持される。他方の手に
より、狭いネクタイ部分の端部をドラムのハブ２におけるスリット３中へ挿入し
、次いでドラムを好ましくは任意のノッチ８に置かれた指により回して回転を生
ぜしめる。
図１から明らかなように、フランジ４ａと４ｂとの間隔は、その狭い部分にて
ネクタイの幅を若干越えるよう選択される。勿論、各コイル状巻付層は次のコイ
ル状巻付層の支持部を形成する。次いで、フランジ部分４ａ、４ｂの半径方向延
長は、ネクタイの幅広部分が丁度出発するフランジ部分５ａおよび５ｂにより置
換されるよう選択される。フランジ部分５ａおよび５ｂは図示した実施例におい
て湾曲形状を有し、これは断面図にて半径方向に沿って延びるが、前記部分はさ
らにテラス状または段付で延びることもできる。すなわち、フランジ部分５ａ、
５ｂの目的は、これらが下側ネクタイのコイル状巻付層と一緒になってその幅広
部分にてネクタイの支持部を形成することであり、すなわちネクタイのため互い
に平行な多数の支持面を形成すべきである。各ネクタイのため、フランジ部分５
ａおよび５ｂに関し理想的形状が存在することは勿論であるが、大抵の要求を充
分満たす
べく妥協しうることも判明した。
ネクタイをドラム上に充分巻付けた後、レバー１３がネクタイの端部近くに位
置するまでさらに回転させた後、レバーを上記バネカにより図１に示した位置と
なるよう自由にさせる。この位置にて、レバーはネクタイを締付け保持すると同
時にドラムの円筒状部分６に対するその干渉摩擦によりドラムの回転を防止する
。かくしてネクタイは皺もしくは折曲げなしに巻付けられ、次いで保護スリーブ
１５を施す。
ネクタイを包装具から取出す場合は、手順を反対順序で行うことは勿論である
。
好ましくは各部品を射出成形法にてプラスチッタ材料で作成されるここに説明
した包装具は、移動用および物品などの展示に関連した陳列用の両者に使用する
のに極めて適している。たとえばシャフト１０を中空に形成することにより、こ
の種の多数のロールを棒上に設け、次いでこれを包装具を有する他のロッドと一
緒にたとえばスタンド、回転台などに水平配置することもできる。保護スリーブ
１５は好ましくは透明材料で作成されるため、良好な陳列が達成されると同時に
ネクタイは埃や損傷から充分保護して貯蔵され、上記したように煩わしい折目が
つかない。
しかしながら、ネクタイの単位包装のためネクタイ製造業者にも使用しうるよ
うな低価格で生産しうるよう、包装具を単純化することも可能である。
さらにレバー１３を排除すると共に場合によりドラムを吹込成形法で加工して
ゲーブル９なしに実施することも可能である。
さらに異なる幅のネクタイに適用しうるよう、包装具を幅調整自在に設計する
こともできる。
図３にはこの種の代案実施例を示し、ここでは同時にゲーブルが省略される。
この実施例において、ドラムは２つの部分を備え、その一方の部分１６は部分
的に上記したと同じ主形状を有する一方のフランジ１７を形成し、さらに軸方向
スリット１９を有するドラムのハブ１８を部分的に形成する。ハブ１８はその自
由端部に多数の外周スロットもしくはバルジ２０を備え、これらは好ましくは鋸
刃状の輪郭を有しうる。
かくして、ドラムの部分２１はスリーブ状部分２２を備え、この部分は第１主
部分１６のハブ１８に嵌合すると共に、このスリーブ状部分は第１主部分１６の
スロットもしくはバルジ２０に実質的に相補的である内部バルジもしくはスロッ
ト２３を備えて２つの部分を互いに接続するよう作用する。前記第２主部分はさ
らに第１主部分１６と同様に上記特定形状のフランジ部分２４を備える。
互いに連携するスロットおよびバルジ２０、２３は２つの主部分の間のスナッ
プ接続を得ることを目的とする。この場合、接続はスナップした後の各部分が相
対的に回
転しうるよう設計されるが、主部分を相対的に固定するよう接続部を配置する場
合にも、各主部分を一緒により多くまたは少なく押圧してハブの幅をネクタイの
現寸法に適合させる可能性も得られる。
ネクタイを適正に巻付けうると共に２つに折畳む必要がないことが重要である
。次いで第１端部を本発明により円形ドラムを形成する装置の中心のスリットに
挿入し、次いでネクタイを極めてしっかり巻付けて、皺を防止するよう作用する
次の層および完全な丸形ロールを形成する包装の良好な支持部を形成することが
できる。ネクタイを２つに折畳まない場合、次の層は殆ど同一の幅を有し、これ
もネクタイを貯蔵する際に支持を向上させる。さらにネクタイの幅広部分にて、
ネクタイを取上げるドラムの適用された傾斜ゲーブルから支持部を得ることもで
きる。かくして、本発明の包装具はネクタイに対する外周支持部と毛径方向支持
部との両者を与える。上記したように、ドラムは適するロッドに多数の包装具を
貯蔵すべく使用しうる貫通穴部を設けて容易に配置することができる。これは展
示目的にも適用しうる。
回転を容易化させる図３による実施例において、両主部分には好ましくは介入
壁部２５を設けて回転させるべく指の余地を存在させ、一方の主部分は好ましく
はドラムの回転を容易化させる中央ノッチを備えることもできる。
