Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. コードラインと、ピッチ軸と、前縁端部分と、後縁端部分と、を有する翼 に外側スキン層を取り付けるための方法であって、該方法は、 a) 前記翼の前記前縁端領域内において前記スキン層に均一な実質的に高 い圧力を加えて、厳密に制御された曲率を有し、かつ、前記翼の前記前縁端領域 を被覆する前記スキン層を与えるステップと、 b) 前記翼の前記後縁端領域内において、前記スキン層に均一な変形圧力 を加え、かつ、前記翼の前記後縁端領域にわたって前記スキンに均一な圧力を加 えて、内側翼部品の寸法変動によらずに前記後縁端領域に前記スキン層を滑らか に結合させるステップと、を有することを特徴とする翼に外側スキン層を取り付 けるための方法。 2. 前記ピッチ軸を通り、かつ、前記コードラインに垂直なラインの前記前縁 端領域側上の前記翼領域内において、前記高圧を前記スキン層へと加えることを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3. コードラインと、ピッチ軸と、前縁端領域と、後縁端領域とを有する翼に 外側スキン層を取り付けるための成形アッセンブリであって、該成形アッセンブ リは、 a) 前記翼の一つの面形状を画成するキャビティを有する金型 ボディと、 b) 前記金型ボディと協働し、前記スキン層が前記翼に取り付けられると、 前記翼の形状へと成形するカウルプレートを有し、このカウルプレートは、前記 翼における対向する側の面形状を画成し、かつ、前記翼の前記前縁端領域の一方 の側を形成する剛性のある前端領域と、前記スキン層が前記翼に取り付けられる と、前記翼の前記後縁端領域の一方の側を形成する変形自在後方領域と、を有し ていることを特徴とする成形アッセンブリ。 4. 前記カウルプレートの前記剛性前端部領域の壁は厚くされており、かつ、 前記カウルプレートの前記変形自在後方端領域は、壁が薄くされていることを特 徴とする請求項3に記載の成形アッセンブリ。 5. 前記カウルプレートには、前記剛性前端領域と前記変形自在後方端領域の 間に中間領域が備えられており、前記中間領域は、前記剛性前端領域から前記変 形自在後方領域まで壁厚が漸減して行くようにされていることを特徴とする請求 項4に記載の成形アッセンブリ。 6. 前記カウルプレートの前記剛性前端領域は、本質的にスパー上の前記前縁 端領域上まで配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の成形アッセンブ リ。 7. 前記翼は、内側スパーを備えており、前記カウルプレートの前記変形自在 領域は、本質的にハニカムコア上の前記翼後縁端領域にまで配置されていること を特徴とする請求項6に記載の成形アッセンブリ。 8. 前記カウルプレートは、予め含浸された複合材の重ね合わされた複数のプ ライから形成され、前記剛性前端領域の重ね合わされた複合材プライの数は、前 記変形自在後方端領域における重ね合わされたシートの数よりも多くされている ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の成形アッセンブリ。 9. 前記カウルプレートの前記剛性前端領域は、前記カウルプレートの前記変 形自在後方端部の剛性の少なくとも2倍であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載 の成形アッセンブリ。 10. 前記カウルプレートの前記変形自在端部領域は、前記翼に取り付けられ る前記外側スキン層の剛性の6倍の剛性を有していることを特徴とする請求項9 に記載の成形アッセンブリ。 11. コードラインと、ピッチ軸と、前縁端領域と、後縁端領域と、を有する 翼に外側スキン層を取り付けるための成形アッセンブリに用いるカウルプレート であって、前記カウルプレートは、前記スキン層が前記翼に取り付けられた場合 に、前記翼前縁端領域である一方の側を画成する剛性の前端領域と、前記スキン 層が前記翼に 取り付けられた場合に、前記翼後縁端領域である一方の側を画成する変形自在後 方端領域とを有していることを特徴とするカウルプレート。 12. 前記剛性前部端領域は、壁が厚くされており、前記変形自在後方端領域 は、壁が薄くされていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のカウルプレート。 13. 前記剛性前部端領域と、前記変形自在後方端領域と、を連結する中間領 域をさらに有し、前記中間領域は、前記剛性前部端領域から前記変形自在後方端 領域まで壁厚が漸減していることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のカウルプレー ト。 14. 前記カウルプレートは、あらかじめ含浸された複合材の重ね合わされた 複数のシートから形成され、前記剛性前端領域の重ね合わされた複合材シートの 数は、前記変形自在後方端領域内の重なり合わされた複合材シートの数よりも多 くされていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のカウルプレート。 15. 前記カウルプレートの前記剛性前端領域は、前記カウルプレートの変形 自在後方端部の剛性の少なくとも2倍であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載 のカウルプレート。 16. 前記カウルプレートの前記変形自在端部領域は、前記翼に 取り付けられる前記外側スキン層の剛性の6倍の剛性を有していることを特徴と する請求項15に記載のカウルプレート。
