In this conventional vibration isolating support device for a compressor, a vibration isolating rubber 109 is fitted into a through hole 102 of a fixed leg 103 of a compressor body 101, and this is fixed. Is fixed by a substantially S-shaped fixing bracket 116, the fixing bracket 116 requires a considerable rigidity and tends to be large in size. Further, in order to attach the fixing leg 103, it is necessary to bolt the fixing bracket 116 to the product base 104, which requires a considerable space. Therefore, when the compressor is to be mounted to the narrow position of the product base 104 via the fixed legs 103, it is difficult to tighten the bolt 119, and there is a problem that workability is deteriorated. In order to reduce the required space, the fixing leg 103 of the compressor main body 101 and the fixing bracket 1 are used.
When the compressor 16 has a close configuration, there is a problem that when the vibration displacement of the compressor is large, the fixed leg 103 and the fixing bracket 116 collide with each other to generate impulsive noise.

Further, in contrast to the above-mentioned prior art, there is also known an apparatus which does not use a fixing bracket. One example is disclosed in JP-A-50-63507. This anti-vibration support device is as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 (a cross-sectional view taken along the line V-V in FIG. 4). A cutout 212 is provided substantially at the center of the leg 211, and the cutout piece is bent at a right angle to form a cutout portion, and a projection 213 is formed. An anti-vibration rubber 214 is interposed between the leg 211 of the compressor 203 and the mounting table 202.
The anti-vibration rubber 214 is fixed to an annular hole 216 formed in the mounting table 202 by a fixing means such as bonding or press-fitting.
4 is inserted into the hole 215 on the upper side, and the compressor 203 is fixed to the mounting base 202.

Another example which does not require much space is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 58-133635. This anti-vibration support device is as shown in FIG. 6, in which a concave portion 301a for attaching a rubber foot is formed on the bottom surface of a device main body 301, and a rubber foot 303 is attached with an adhesive 302. The adhesive concave portion 303a having a larger bottom surface than the opening is used to fill and solidify the adhesive 302 therein to strengthen the adhesive.

Therefore, in the vibration damping support device according to the first to fourth aspects, a part of the vibration damping rubber is inserted through the through hole of the fixed leg of the compressor, and the lower vibration damping rubber is attached to the substrate. Conventionally, the upper vibration-absorbing rubber is bonded and fixed to the lower vibration-absorbing rubber while fixing the fixing legs of the compressor between the lower vibration-isolating rubber and the upper vibration-isolating rubber. As described above, a substantially S-shaped fixing bracket is not required, and no bolting is used, so that the space required for mounting is small.
In addition, since the upper and lower anti-vibration rubbers are integrally bonded and fixed by bonding, and the lower anti-vibration rubber is bonded and fixed to the substrate, the movement of the compressor due to the repeated start / stop of the compressor is prevented, Vibration in the rotational direction of the compressor is converted into thermal energy by friction loss due to viscosity in the lower vibration isolating rubber, and is further attenuated by the vibration of the compressor and propagated to the substrate,
This is effective in reducing product vibrations generated by the compressor and reducing noise due to the product vibrations. The vibration displacement when the compressor starts and stops is suppressed by adjusting the spring constants of the lower vibration isolating rubber and the upper vibration isolating rubber. In addition, since the fixed leg of the compressor is sandwiched between the lower vibration isolating rubber adhered and fixed to the substrate and the upper vibration isolating rubber adhered and fixed to the lower vibration isolating rubber, the fixed leg is also protected against vertical vibration. An anti-vibration function works, which is effective in reducing product vibration and noise caused by product vibration.

Further, in the vibration isolating support device according to the second aspect, the upper and lower vibration isolating rubbers are joined by utilizing the fitting of the convex portion and the concave portion, so that the assembling becomes easy and the coupling is strong. And the anti-vibration effect is reliably exhibited.

Further, in the vibration isolating support device according to the third aspect, since the metal plate is bonded and fixed, the rigidity of the upper vibration isolating rubber is strengthened, and the upper (upward) direction generated at the time of land transportation of the product. The force is supported by the entire horizontal cross-sectional area of the upper rubber isolator, and the compressor is reliably prevented from jumping up without damaging the upper rubber isolator.

Further, in the vibration isolating support device according to the fourth aspect, since the upper and lower vibration isolating rubbers are coupled by screw coupling means embedded therein, the vertical and rotational directions of the compressor can be improved. An anti-vibration effect is more reliably obtained against vibration, and product vibration is more reliably reduced.

Since the convex portion 51 of the lower vibration isolating rubber 6 is fitted into and fixed to the through hole 41 of the substrate 4, the movement of the compressor body 1 due to repetition of starting and stopping of the compressor is prevented. Further, the rotational vibration of the compressor body 1 is converted into thermal energy by friction loss due to viscosity in the lower vibration isolating rubber 5, and the compressor body 1
The vibration is further attenuated and transmitted to the substrate 4, so that the effect of reducing the vibration of the product, which is the source of the compressor, and reducing the noise due to the vibration of the product is exerted. In addition, the vibration displacement at the time of starting and stopping of the compressor main body 1 is suppressed by adjusting the spring constants of the lower vibration isolating rubber 5 and the upper vibration isolating rubber 6.

The fixed leg 3 of the compressor body 1 is sandwiched between a lower vibration isolating rubber 5 adhesively fixed to the substrate 4 and an upper vibration isolating rubber 6 adhesively fixed to the lower vibration isolating rubber 5. As a result, the vibration damping action works against the vertical vibration, which is effective in reducing the product vibration and the noise due to the product vibration. Also, as described above, the metal plate 8
Is bonded and fixed, the rigidity of the upper vibration isolating rubber 6 is strengthened, and the upward (top) force generated during the land transportation of the product is supported by the entire horizontal cross-sectional area of the upper vibration isolating rubber 6. The jump of the compressor is reliably suppressed without damaging the vibration rubber 6.
