[0005] As a result, the elevating mechanism is installed and installed inside the door outer plate, etc., and the door inner plate, the outer plate assembling, the sash assembling, the glass assembling work and the process are required. The number of man-hours for the assembling operation is large, which is not preferable in simplifying the assembling of the vehicle. Assembling the glass elevating mechanism to the door, assembling the sash, and assembling the glass are performed separately, so it is difficult to achieve assembling precision, adjustment work after assembling is required, man-hours increase, adjustment work However, there are inconveniences such as being troublesome and complicated. In particular, it is difficult to match the glass and the elevating mechanism when assembling, and if there is a problem with the matching, the obstruction of the glass against the sash is impaired, and the elevating mechanism is attached to the door side, while the glass is plate-shaped. In addition, since it is curved, skill is required to assemble and maintain the accuracy of both.

According to the present invention, the following effects are exhibited by the above configuration. In claim 1, a rear run channel connected to the rear vertical frame portion of the door sash is integrally installed, and a front run channel is integrally installed at a front portion of the door sash. Since the channel and the vertical frame of the door sash are configured to guide the glass so as to be able to ascend and descend, and a driving mechanism for driving the ascending and descending of the glass is installed on one of the run channels via a bracket,
The obtained sash assembly is a glass that moves up and down in the sash,
A window regulator mechanism for raising and lowering the glass will be provided inside the sash assembly.By incorporating the glass and window regulator mechanism in the sash in advance, the sash can be assembled to the door and the glass can be assembled separately from the sash. Compared to the work of assembling the window regulator mechanism, the workability is extremely excellent, and the sash assembly with the glass and window regulator mechanism can be assembled on a separate line from the door to obtain the assembly. Excellent workability. Doors, sashes,
The man-hour for assembling the glass and window regulator mechanism is greatly reduced, so that the assembly of the door with the sash and the assembly of the vehicle can be simplified.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the glass and the window regulator mechanism are assembled to the sash, the sash, the glass, and the glass can be adjusted even after the assembly to the door. Adjustment can be performed in a state where the window regulator mechanism is assembled in advance, and a door with a high-accuracy sash can be easily obtained. Further, adjustment after assembling to the door is unnecessary, and even if adjustment is performed, simple adjustment is sufficient. Furthermore, since adjustments can be made with the sash, glass, and window regulator mechanism pre-assembled, the adjustment work can be performed very easily, unlike after assembling to the door. Adjustment work becomes extremely easy. Furthermore, the matching between the glass and the window regulator mechanism is easy to take, and in the automotive glass using the curved glass, since the sash assembly is obtained as described above, the compatibility with the sash body can be maintained well. It is possible to easily obtain a sash-equipped automobile door which is excellent in closeability, good in compatibility with the elevating mechanism, and excellent in functionality.

Further, in the first aspect, since the glass and the window regulator mechanism are preliminarily assembled to the sash as described above, the assembling work is facilitated, the adjusting operation is facilitated, and the individual sashes are simply assembled to the door. This eliminates the need for work, assembling glass alone to the door, and assembling the window regulator mechanism alone to the door, and is extremely advantageous in terms of assembly and assembling work.
Since the window regulator mechanism is assembled in advance, a highly accurate door with a sash can be obtained without requiring skill. Also, since the work of assembling each of the glass and window regulator mechanism other than the sash to the door after painting is not required, the possibility of damaging the door is extremely low, preventing the painted surface of the door from being scratched, etc. An automobile door with a good quality sash can be easily obtained.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the front run channel is vertically installed at a distance behind the front end of the door sash, a bracket is interposed between the front run channel and the front end of the door sash, and the front end of the door sash is provided. The mirror base of the door mirror is interposed in the substantially triangular space formed between the front sash and the upper run channel. Therefore, the triangular space formed between the sash front and the upper run channel. The part will be closed by the mirror base, and by using the mirror base, the space formed in the front of the sash can be closed, and the mirror mounting member can be used without separately preparing a space closing member. By using a certain mirror base to close the space, the number of components can be reduced.

By closing the triangular space formed at the front of the sash with the mirror base, the mirror base forms a part of the sash, and the strength and rigidity of the sash can be improved. In addition, the material for increasing the strength and rigidity can also serve as the mirror base, which also contributes to the reduction of the number of parts and is advantageous in terms of cost.
