Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain sufficient sound-insulating performance without particularly thickening a synthetic resin board, to prevent a crack even when external force such as wind load, an impulse by a car crash, etc., works and to obviate scattering and falling even when a see-through sound-insulating board is crashed in the see-through sound-insulating board, by which a peripheral landscape is not interrupted by using the synthetic resin board. SOLUTION: A porous board 2 having a large number of through-holes 21 and being made of a metal is held between two synthetic resin boards 1 having light transmission properties and joined and unified, and a sealing material 4 is installed to a peripheral section. Seeing-through is obtained by a large number of the through-holes 21, and weight is weighted by the porous board 2 made of the metal and sound-insulating performance is improved even when the wall thickness of the synthetic resin board 1 is not thickened particularly. Since the synthetic resin board 1 is reinforced by the porous board 2 made of the metal, the see-through sound-insulating board is difficult to be cracked, and the synthetic resin board 1 is not scattered and dropped even when the sound-insulating board is cracked.

2. Description of the Related Art Sound insulation plates are installed along roads and railways for the purpose of isolating noise from vehicles. Some of such sound insulating plates are formed from a non-transparent sound insulating plate such as PC concrete or metal. Because the landscape is obstructed, there is a sense of oppression and the landscape is poor. Therefore, in recent years, sound insulation plates having a wealth of transparency have been installed along roads and railways.

Conventionally, as a sound insulating plate having transparency, a light transmitting synthetic resin plate such as a polycarbonate plate is generally used. In order to obtain sufficient sound insulation performance, it is necessary to increase the thickness of the sound insulation plate using a synthetic resin plate to a considerable thickness, such as 10 mm or more, and to increase the weight. However, the thicker the wall, the higher the sound insulation performance but the higher the cost. Also, it is difficult to mold a thick synthetic resin plate exceeding 10 mm. Difficult to make something that is not. Further, when the synthetic resin plate is broken by an external force such as a wind load or an impact due to a vehicle collision, there is a problem that the synthetic resin plate scatters and falls.

Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems in a see-through sound insulating plate using a synthetic resin plate so that the surrounding scenery is not obstructed, and particularly makes the synthetic resin plate thicker. No sound-absorbing board that has sufficient sound insulation performance and does not break easily even when an external force such as a wind load or an impact from a vehicle collision is applied. It is assumed that.

According to the present invention, since a metal perforated plate having a large number of through-holes is joined and integrated between two synthetic resin plates having a light-transmitting property, the transparency is enhanced by the large number of the through-holes. The metal perforated plate increases the weight and improves the sound insulation performance without increasing the thickness of the synthetic resin plate. Further, since the synthetic resin plate is reinforced by the metal perforated plate, it is hard to be broken, and even if broken, the synthetic resin plate does not scatter and fall. Further, since a sealing material is attached to the peripheral portion to prevent rainwater from entering between the two synthetic resin plates, the metal perforated plate does not rust.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a synthetic resin plate having a light-transmitting property, and two sheets thereof are arranged to face each other. As the synthetic resin plate 1, a plate material made of a synthetic resin of an appropriate material having a light-transmitting property, such as a polycarbonate or an acrylic resin plate, is used, and is not particularly limited, but is generally excellent in impact resistance and has a light-transmitting property. It is preferable to use a polycarbonate plate having excellent properties. Although it is preferable to use a polycarbonate plate for all of the two synthetic resin plates 1, a polycarbonate plate may be used for one synthetic resin plate 1 and an acrylic resin plate may be used for the other synthetic resin plate 1. The synthetic resin plate 1
Is generally square, but is not particularly limited, and the thicker the wall, the more preferable. However, the thickness is not particularly limited. , It may be as thin as, for example, 10 mm or less.

Reference numeral 2 denotes a metal perforated plate having a large number of through holes 21. Generally, a punched plate made of iron, stainless steel, an aluminum alloy or the like is used. If the through-hole 21 is uniformly formed with a hole diameter of about 2 mm to 10 mm and a transmittance of 40 to 70%, sufficient transparency is obtained by the through-hole 21 and a reinforcing effect is expected. It is preferred.
If the transmittance is less than 40%, sufficient transparency cannot be obtained.
If it exceeds 0%, the reinforcing function of the metal porous plate 2 decreases. The shape of the through-hole 21 may be a round hole or a square hole, and the through-hole 21 may be formed with a pattern such as a picture or a flower pattern of an animal or character information. The color of the metal perforated plate 2 is preferably a dark color close to black. If the color is dark, the contrast between the through-hole 21 portion and the other portions becomes clear and the see-through becomes easy.

The metal perforated plate 2 is sandwiched between the two synthetic resin plates 1 and joined and integrated by an adhesive 3. The metal perforated plate 2 has a large number of through-holes 21 so as to provide transparency, and the metal perforated plate 2 increases the weight and improves the sound insulation performance without increasing the thickness of the synthetic resin plate 1 in particular. In addition, the synthetic resin plate 1 is reinforced by the metal perforated plate 2 so as not to be easily broken, and even if broken, the synthetic resin plate 1 is prevented from scattering and falling. If the adhesive 3 is not filled in the through hole 21 and the space is left as it is, noise is attenuated in the through hole 21 and a sound absorbing effect can be exhibited. The adhesive 3 that is transparent after curing is used.

Reference numeral 4 denotes a sealing material formed of a synthetic resin, rubber, or the like, which is inserted into the periphery of the two synthetic resin plates 1. The sealing material 4 keeps the interval between the two synthetic resin plates 1 uniform, prevents rainwater from entering between the two synthetic resin plates 1, and prevents the metal porous plate 2 from rusting. To do that.

In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, a reinforcing frame member 5 made of a mold material such as an aluminum alloy can be attached to the outer periphery of two synthetic resin plates 1 further. Although the see-through property is somewhat hindered by attaching the reinforcing frame member 5, the reinforcing effect against cracking of the synthetic resin plate 1 is further improved.

As shown in FIG. 4, it can be installed along the longitudinal direction of the road at the side edge of a highway or the like. That is, in FIG. 4, reference numeral 6 denotes a column made of H-shaped steel standing upright at a predetermined distance along the longitudinal direction of the road at a side edge of a highway or the like. The plate P is held. The driver of the vehicle can see through the surrounding scenery by transmitting light through the synthetic resin plate 1 having a light-transmitting property and the through-holes 21 of the metal perforated plate 2.
In addition, since the weight is increased by the metal perforated plate 2 in addition to the synthetic resin plate 1, noise and the like of the vehicle can be effectively shielded.
