A backrest that pivots in two directions with respect to the seat such that: (c) a pair of coaxial pivots mounted on opposite sides of the backrest, the shaft being coupled to the frame; Part and an intermediate part separated from a common axis of the pair of pivot parts, such that the intermediate part moves around the back part and the back part and the shaft relatively pivot. (D) spaced apart from the pivot common axis, And a backrest stop surface that engages the intermediate portion to provide a backrest rotation limit in both the back and recline positions; and restoring the shaft and the backrest to the vertical position. By positioning the frame in the no-load position with the flexible frame, the backrest is positioned in the vertical position, and when the user applies a load to the chair backrest, the backrest does not exceed the reclining position. A chair provided to rotate the backrest with respect to the seat.
