Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the taking out work of a charging battery and enhance the safety by providing, on the lid member side of an opening part provided on a body case, a part of a connecting passage for supplying a power from the pattern of a wiring board having the charging battery loaded thereon to a load. SOLUTION: A lid member 10 has a switch 11 constituting a part of a connecting passage from the pattern of a wiring board 4 having a charging battery 7 loaded thereon to a motor which is a load. To remove the charging battery 7 from an equipment, the lid member 10 is removed by holding a switch operation button 6 to pull the lid member 10 under the OFF state where the operation button 6 is protruded from the lid member 10, and the wiring board 4 is bent off along a cutting line 16, whereby the charging battery 7 can be thus taken out from a case opening part 5. Since the switch 11 is taken out together with the charging battery 8, the removing work of the charging battery 7 can be safety performed without having a danger of sparking.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, rechargeable razors and various other small electric appliances have been becoming mainstream because rechargeable batteries can be repeatedly used as a power source compared to dry batteries. Since harmful substances such as cadmium are used, it is not preferable to dispose of the entire device everywhere in terms of pollution prevention. Therefore, it is necessary to remove and collect the rechargeable battery from the inside of the device before disposal.

However, unlike dry batteries, rechargeable batteries cannot be easily removed from equipment. When using a contact terminal plate such as a coil spring or a leaf spring as in the case of a dry battery,
The contact resistance increases with the lapse of time and the rechargeable battery cannot take advantage of a large current. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary that the rechargeable battery be firmly connected and fixed to the circuit in the device by soldering or the like. In such an attached state of the rechargeable battery, the rechargeable battery cannot be removed from the device unless the soldered portion is removed or the lead wire is cut with a blade or the like.

[0004] Further, since it is difficult to identify from which part of the rechargeable battery the device is stored inside the device from the outside of the device, the device is broken when the battery is taken out, but such destruction is not an easy operation. In particular, in the case where the removal of the rechargeable battery is performed by an actual general user rather than by a service person of the device, it has been extremely difficult since no special removal jig is provided.

When the rechargeable battery is taken out of the main body case at the time of disposal, it can be easily taken out by removing the lid material. At that time, since the connection of the power from the rechargeable battery to the load was cut off by removing the lid material, the equipment suddenly operated during the work of removing the rechargeable battery, causing the worker to panic,
Accidents such as generating a spark at the moment of disconnection of the terminal of the rechargeable battery can be prevented.

A pattern corresponding to the circuit shown in FIG. 2 is formed on the wiring board 4, and a rechargeable battery 7 such as a Ni-Cd battery and a transformer 8 are mounted on the wiring board 4. As shown in FIG. 1, the rechargeable battery 7 has the anode terminals 12 and 13 connected and fixed to the lead pieces 14 and 15 on the substrate 4 by soldering or the like. At least the rechargeable battery 7 on the wiring board 4 is housed and arranged so as to face the case opening 5. The rechargeable battery 7 is detachably attached to the wiring board 4. For example, at least the peripheral portion 4a of the terminal connection portion of the wiring board 4 that is connected to the terminal of the rechargeable battery 7 is cut off along the cut-off line 16 formed by a large number of small holes or grooves.

A switch 11 constituting a part of a connection path from the pattern of the wiring board 4 on which the rechargeable battery 7 is mounted to the motor M as a load is provided on the lid member 10. As the switch 11, a switch operation button 6 of a push operation type is adopted, and the cover member 10 is constituted by a switch holding plate 26 that holds the button 6 together with the switch 11. Lid material 10
Between the body case 1 and the cover case 10, an elastically deformable retaining claw 19 protruding from the case of the switch 11 is provided.
Is held closed by the case opening 5 by engaging with the engaging hole 25 of the lid support piece 24 protruding into the case opening 5 of the main body case 1. In the off state where the switch operation button 6 protrudes from the lid member 10, the button member 6 is used as a knob to strongly pull the lid member 10, whereby the retaining claws 19 come out of the engagement holes 25 and are removed from the case opening 5. be able to. However, in the switch-on state, the switch operation button 6 sinks toward the lid member 10 and the amount of protrusion thereof is reduced, so that the switch operation button 6 cannot be used as a knob and the lid member 10 cannot be removed.

(Other Embodiments) As means for removing the rechargeable battery 7 from the wiring board 4, besides the above-described embodiment, for example, a lead wire for connecting the terminal of the rechargeable battery 7 and the pattern of the wiring board 4 may be used. The lead piece or the like may be weakened at a perforation or the like, and the lead wire or the lead piece may be torn by pulling the rechargeable battery 7 from the wiring board 4. Further, the present invention can be similarly applied to a case where not only one rechargeable battery 7 but also two or more rechargeable batteries 7 are mounted on the wiring board 4. Furthermore, the rechargeable battery 7 is not limited to the one directly mounted on the wiring board 4, but can be similarly applied to a normal storage type such as one that is sandwiched by holding ribs protruding from the inner wall of the main body case 1.

According to the rechargeable small electric device of the present invention,
Since the rechargeable battery can be taken out by removing the lid member, it is not necessary to do unreasonable things such as unnecessarily breaking the main body case, and the rechargeable battery can be easily taken out from the main body case. Also, when removing the rechargeable battery, the lid material has already been removed, and this disconnection has cut off the connection of power from the rechargeable battery to the load. It is safer to prevent panic and to prevent sparks from being generated at the moment of disconnection of the battery terminal.
