Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing performance of a flange part by arranging a step difference part between one surface of a film part and one surface of the flange part so as to prevent a foundation arranged along one surface of the film part of a diaphragm from exposing on the same surface side as the flange part of a film part outer peripheral edge. SOLUTION: A diaphragm is provided with a nearly disk shaped film part (a flexible part) 1 which is flexibly deformed when mounting is carried out, and an annular flange part 2 sandwiched between housings 4, 4' at the time of mounting is integratedly formed on the outer peripheral edge of the film part 1. A foundation 3 for reinforcing the film part 1 is arranged along the one surface 1a of the film part 1. In this case, a step difference part 6 is annularly arranged between one surface 1a of the film part 1 and one surface 2a of the flange part 2 so as to prevent the foundation 3 from exposing to one surface 2a side of the flange part 2.
