上端に開口部を有する外筒と、 前記外筒の開口部端に開閉自在に装着したキャップを具
備して成り、 前記スリーブの側面軸方向に添って一側には下端部にＬ
字状に周方向へ曲折する掛止溝を形成すると共に、軸方
向へ適宜長さの溝長を有する第一案内溝を穿設し、他側
には前記第一案内溝に平行し、かつ下端部に前記掛止溝
方向へ傾斜した第一カム溝を形成すると共に、略中腹部
上方に前記第一カム溝と同方向へ傾斜する第二カム溝を
形成し、前記第一案内溝よりもやや短い溝長を有する第
二案内溝と、更に前記第二案内溝の上部に位置し、上端
側に前記第一案内溝に形成した掛止溝と同じ周方向へＬ
字状に曲折する掛止溝を形成すると共に、下端側を掛止
方向とは反対方向へ逃溝を形成した第三案内溝を穿設
し、 前記外筒の内壁には前記第二案内溝に嵌合し、前記スリ
ーブの上下移動範囲を特定するための位置決め突起を形
