Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to judge content and significance degree by retrieving a received mail based on a preliminarily set condition at the time of receiving an electronic main and showing necessary information as telop on the screen of a receiver. SOLUTION: A receiving end preliminarily sets a telop display condition setting file. When a mail reception notification function is started, it periodically inquires of a mail server about the incoming state of mails. If a mail is received, a receiving mail is retrieved based on the display condition setting file, and when it agrees to the condition, the information of a corresponding item is extracted and performed telop display on the screen of a receiver.
